    Place is Away from city,...

Staff attitude, bad smell in corridors, bed was moving all over the room due to slippery surface, narrow washrooms

The hotel is at Subarban Paris Region and near to Gennevilliers RER station and commutation to Central Region of Paris is comfortable. The window has a vast view of the area . The Breakfast spread is wide and large , many varaities. The reception staff were Helpful in guidance.

The suite . some lights were not getting ON. The Left side Bed tube light dint switch ON. The Left side Bathroom Mirror tube light dint switch ON . Room No 405. The breakfast closes by 9.30 AM Weekdays and 10 AM Weekends , felt earlier. The hotel was in interior place, so found a bit difficult to locate , even Google Map dint give proper direction!!

Very comfortable bed. Great shower lots of very hot water. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Not far from the RER station so easy access into the city.

A dreadful hum in the room all night. We never found out what it was and eventually got used to it after a couple of days. The lift broke at the weekend at a time when my husband injured his foot and couldn’t walk properly. We were on the third floor so it was very difficult. Of course this could happen anywhere but did rather spoil our experience. The staff were very apologetic.

Location, very close to RER straight to Eiffel Tower. Predictable Campanile hotel, well used but clean with friendly staff.

Neither bar nor restaurant were open over the weekend we arrived. Have to factor in car park price, but still decent value.

    Everything was dirty.

Breakfast was very bad,not enough for amount of people, bathroom very dirty, carpets from 1890 and since then never been clean, everything was just bad, luckily only went for AC/DC concert 2 night.never again in that place.

The place matched the photos and was clean and quiet. Very quick check in and check out services which were greatly appreciated as we were quite tired by the time we arrived. The bed was super comfy, and it was a treat to have a bathtub when many properties these days only have showers. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a bit far from the tourist area, which was fine for us but may be a hassle if people are looking for a property in walking distance.

This hotel is value for the money. It’s relatively easy to access, by RER C, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel, you can get into the very center of Paris in less than an hour. (You need to consider that although the Gennevilliers station is equipped with an elevator, the train itself is not wheelchair accessible, unless you request the station personnel to help, which we never tried because we managed to lift the wheelchair by ourselves. I only recommend for disabled people who are either with assistance or can get in the train on their own). The check in staff was extremely professional, he assigned a mobility room to my disabled mom, helped with the luggages, so huge thanks and respect! The rooms are fine, simple, just as shown on the photos. Altogether if you look for an affordable, easy to access hotel at the very edge of Paris, this is something to consider.

We missed a wardrobe to store our clothes and the bathroom water protection at the bathtub could be improved to avoid excess water landing on the floor. The breakfast is fine, but we missed the salad selection though, and probably it could be open until 10am instead of 9:30am on weekdays as well.

The hotel is fine, rooms are not very large, but certainly sufficient for a short visit. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the Gennevilliers train station, which gives direct access to the Paris city centre.

The hotel is fine, it doesn't excel in quality, but also there are no negative points that seriously impact the quality of stay.

    6LaszloPosted on: 4-15-2025

    Good public transport nearby

Not many restaurants around, website indicates a'la carte restaurant in hotel which isn't. Unfriendly staff accept one guy at the reception. Tv wasn't working in the room, bedside light wasn't working also couldn't close windows, felt like sleeping in the middle of a roundabout. Fire alarm went off at 5 am on a Sunday morning, couldn't sleep before we drove almost 10 hours, reception guy was careless&no information given.

    Location, quiet. Breakfast

the room is in outdated stage. The climate unique broken and almost falling from its base. light switch unsealed from the wall. Showers unsafe when to get in. Towels very scratchy.

    8CharlottePosted on: 2-23-2025

We chose this property because it was cheap but had excellent links to Central Paris. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was over priced for what it was.
