A great hotel for Paris. When I booked it, I expected the room to be very small, like most hotels in Paris, but it was actually a good size. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so getting around is easy if you make a transport pass. The staff was very friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really like the clean and comfortable room, breakfast is good, helpful and friendly staffs.

I didn't know that I have to pay extra for tax when I got to the hotel. Location is a bit far from city centre but access to the station within 15mins walk. Buses are available but take longer time to get to the city centre. A bit noisy at night as people walking across the corridor and someone tried to open our room door in the middle of the night.

The room was clean with adequate facilities for one night including soap and shower gel. Towels, sheets etc were also clean. Parking was convenient and free! A bonus. Sadly the exit scanner did not work and is only suitable for left hand drive cars, but this is normal.A useful choice of restaurants within walking distance.

I should have asked for a quiet room due to the noise from nearby trains, although I doubt this would have made much difference given the proximity to the railway.

The location and front desk staff are nice

I lost my phone there, the staffs couldn't find it almost immediately. Besides the room is very very crampy. It's almost for young people only, not for family.

The hotel was an easy walk from the train station, only 10 minutes through the park pathway. The lady on reception was friendly and answered any questions we had. The room was very clean and warm. The bathroom was big enough and the beds were very comfy. There was a microwave in the reception area to warm up food and a machine that you could get hot water for tea in the breakfast area. Overall a lovely hotel and we felt very safe there. We highly recommend it.

The only downside was the noise from the train track and road, depending on where your room is situated.

The hotel was cleaned, is a good option considering how far it is from the most important places in town, the room is kind of small but we'll adapted for basic needs of two people. There is a transportation near to the hotel, train and buses in the area

There are 3 locations for IBIS Gennevilliers. We visited 2 of those on the maps before finding the 3rd one. The actual hotel was the best located of the 3, but be careful that you don't go to the wrong one.

The carpets are quite dirty. We got a wheelchair room with a wet room bathroom - everything gets wet. The shower head can't be attached to the wall as both the wall connectors are broke out or hanging by a thread, waiting to fall. The 3rd bed is not as per the pictures above the double bed, but it was a closet-bed. There were people making a lot of noise 1am in the hotel hallways (so not very sound proof) and a lot of weed/cannabis hanging, as if people smoked inside the hotel. The location is good and parking available however there are no charging for electronic vehicles possible. Very limited option for breakfast - not worth the additional money. I've stayed in many ibis hotels in many cities and this was by far my worst experience.Overall really a bad experience for a family with a child.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately, the drain in the bathroom basin was stuck, so I couldn’t use it properly during my stay. I informed the reception on the first day, but the issue was never fixed. This was quite inconvenient, and I expected better maintenance and responsiveness from the staff.In addition, the air conditioning didn’t work, which made the room uncomfortable. Overall, I was disappointed with the maintenance and lack of response from the staff.

The staffs are friendly

The one cleaning my room 605 doesn't do anything but only lay the bed. Dirts on the floor but bed is always clean. The washroom really smells. It smells bad.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Cordial and welcoming. No issues checking in and checking out. I forgot my phone charger, i went back after few hours and they were happy to show me to my room.

It was pretty clean

Extremly small room. Uncomfortable bed, even though the mattress was changed on the following day of our arrival. Most of the personnel always seemed bothered if we asked anything.
