Hotel was clean, spacious, with AC, and nicely re-done rooms.

Wasn't super close to the city, but was close to a tram.

The staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and easy to get on, parking, safe place, comfort, clean, modern/updated, good breakfast… Pets friendly, as I came with my pet Tyapa, French bulldog … Thanks guys, if ever read this *****

Perfect location, right next to the station with direct trains to Paris city centre. Ample free parking. Nice brasserie(restaurant) attached to it with good affordable food. The rooms sizes are impressive for the amount. The staff was friendly enough to upgrade us from a triple to a family room seeing that there was three of us! Highly recommend!

Nothing went well.

This is a very poor quality hotel. Main issues were cleanliness & space in the room. We were booked for a Triple bed room (Booking.com site had shown 3 twin beds), but we received a bunker bed as the 3rd bed. The room was extremely tiny and absolutely no space to even open our luggage. Also, very poor quality and cleanliness.

It was great, at the front of the hotel there was a bus stop and train station was 5mins walk. Supermarket was near at the hotel.

This hotel offers excellent convenience, situated just a few minutes from the Gennevilliers RER C station. For drivers, the large, free parking lot makes it particularly handy. The room was well-maintained and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, offering great speed and connectivity. The staff was very friendly and welcome.

Nothing really. I was traumatized on arrival.

They disrespected me. I put out a don't come in sign. Yet the room service came in, took my big ludh towel and confused it with theirs. Them it wasn't even dry by check out and had to leave with a wet towel in a plastic bag. Shower had long black hair in on both days when I have blond braids in. Bed squeaking. Dirty sheets. They replaced a cup i used in the bathroom with a dirty cup with red juice in?! Wtf. Breakfast had nothing fresh like fruits or meets. Just serial and bread. Very underwhelming. Staff was rude. Manager escalated issues and was worse than front receptionist asking me what I want him to do?! Wtf

Nothing, it was absolutely disgusting

Rooms were stained, there was a domestic abuse incident that took place right next of us. The rooms were tiny. The ac did not work. I normally never write bad reviews at facilities but this experience was the worst and the front desk tried to change our rooms and it was the same thing in the other room. DO NOT STAY HERE no matter what.
