Good location, clean, correct for the price

There is no mini bar(refrigerator) in the rooms

It’s really bad experience . The bed is really hard. And it’s not comfortable and it’s dirty the pillows and everything is baaaaaaad I won’t do it again in this B&B hotel my whole life

The area was decent.

Very old. Not too clean and a lot of broken equipment.

I appreciate the cleanliness. Good job to the cleaning men and women! But staff in the reception is "mediocre" not to "accuiellant" or hospitable.

The north african arab receptionist is kinda rude

staff was not friendly, we had come from a long way and needed a toilet but the toilet was broken I asked him do you have another toilet he said no

It was perfect for a last-minute trip, which I planned in less than 24 hours. The location was convenient and easy to access town and back. The breakfast buffet was well-presented and sufficient to start the day. However, I felt slight pressure to evacuate the room before the designated time, which I didn’t appreciate since I was traveling with an infant. Apart from that, everything was good.

Great location 1 min walk to train station, for me perfect. Kinda safe area, I felt safe. Moulin Rouge was close to location of hotel. Clean bathroom, nice stuff.

There could be separate trash bin from bathroom also cattle. At least we could have hot water to have tea or coffee

Our 4th or 5th stay, simple but good experience as always.

Room floor can be cleaner. Elevator to car parking was not working, we need to carry all bags with stairs from reception to parking lot.

The place was calm and near the metro station, so the transport was not a problem as you have many possibilities, tram, metro and buses.

While sleeping, the people came to knock on the door about room service, I know they should do that once the client left the room.Sent

It looked very nice from the outside. The head cook was friendly. I feel sorry for him as he has to do everything (cooking, sweeping, helping with door issues, etc). He deserves a raise! (Tall man with glasses). The breakfast was nice.

The shampoo ran out mid shower. The soap dispenser broke out of the wall from just touching it. The door locked me out of the room in the morning so I couldn't get my stuff out for an hour. The staff made a big deal thst I needed to check out by noon, even though I was trying to get back to my room so I could check out! There's no key for the door, just a code you have to remember. The code changed hours before checkout.Parking took a long time because of a bad GPS and there being a mess of a parking lot.

Bad staff, dirty rooms, dark hallways

The room wasn't very clean, there were hairs all over the bed (Between the sheets & the matress but also between the sheets). Staff is terrible: I booked a second room in reception but then the room wasn't available the day after; they don't want to work and are not nice at all. Lights in the hallways don't work, so it's sketchy at night.

Very expensive

We paid twice the regular price (non-refundable) for our stay during the Olympics. Weeks before the Olympics the prices were back to normal, so we paid twice as much for the same service and room. Blatant power abuse regarding customers.

Great facilities and clean and calm environment

It was fair , the price matches the room. Not luxury or anything, just fair

Because I stayed for a week, some of the housekeepers did not want to clean my room. I have to tell them to come clean . It was definitely not all of them, some came to knock and ask what I need cleaning or changing whereas others I’ll have to go tell them .

It was near to the metro 13, the breakfast was tasty. Fo this price the hotel was acceptable.

There was an unexpected fire alert during the day, from which the staff didn't say any word. We could use also more towels.

- the location is good, right near metro line 13- the staff was nice- the bed was clean

- the room does not look good, the walls are scratched, there were spider webs in the corners of the room- everything was dirty: the sink, the furniture and the window, with dead bugs on the window sill and spider webs. Exception: the bed, which was actually clean and fresh and comfortable- there is no insect screen!!! The room was full of mousquitoes and we got stung multiple times- there is no hairdryer (although you can borrow one from the reception)

Hotel is near metro station. Breakfast was very good.

Small shower corner, where water ran out slowly.

Terrible value for money. But no complaints about the stay. Friendly staff.

Cost. The price 3 weeks before my stay for the same room was 30% of the price I paid for my room.
