    Pros +

    • Literally nothing
    • The location has good connectivity by bus. The price was reasonable and the room size was comfortable enough.
    • We didnt like anything there. Room were weeds smelly. Toilet was common amd there was no light.

    Cons -

    • Warning! This hotel are not for couples or girl friend and boyfriends or for married peraons. We didn't know that. My wife and I took a trip to see paris and we booked a room at this hotel and it ruined our trip and put us in trouble.
    • Everything, staff member was rude, common bath n toilets, disgustingly dirty, you have to pay a fee of 3 euros to get a tiny towel, 20 euros for a hairdryer! No A/C! Was there for the night n had an exam the next day! Couldn’t sleep at all because of the heat and noise since i had to keep the window wide open throughout the night!
    • No blankets were available in the room which is difficult for every traveller to carry their own. We didn't spend a lot of time in the property so the smelly corridors were not a big problem for us.

    Parking on the hotel premises!

Service was lacking; apart from French, they didn’t speak any other languages and at times responded rudely. The bed linen was clean, but the toilet and bathroom were dirty, and the walls and overall impression of the room were negative! You need to walk a bit to get to the metro.

    3OpiPosted on: 4-17-2025

    The location is good

The hotel is rather dirty, the rooms are too small, the breakfast is terrible Budget hotel that lives you wondering if you really need to save. I would advise anyone to just spend a little more and get a better place.A serious language barrier., they only speak french

    4TarunPosted on: 4-13-2025

The location was outside paris, but its connected with public transportation. the nearest metro is 900m away.

the room was very small, really really small, we booked the private room with an attached bathroom, and it was small. Room smelt pungent, we had to open the window for the pungent smell to go. The restrooms were crammed. and even the corridor smelt pungent.

    4JoelPosted on: 3-27-2025

    Breakfast was good

The toilets were dirty and there was no provision of towel and slippers. The room was stinking with cigarette smell.

I stayed in a single room. Was ok the accommodations.

Staff does not speaks in English. I booked because has breakfast included, but when I was in the way to breakfast, the staff was rude and says that I didn’t have access and need to pay. All in French and not in English. When I saw the breakfast, was not worthy the price.

    Paris Is very Beautiful City.

Location is very far from center. ( You need to change Bus and after a Metro ) Metro Station is in 40 minutes of walk. While booking it was said that there will be a double room for family but in reception they told that they dont have such rooms.Very tiny room.Environment is not safe.Very poor of English :( Personal does not understand us.

It is what it is cheap a place to sleep read poor reviews about location but in honesty I didnt find it bad at all

The bed wasn't comfortable and no english channels on tv vending and coffee machines didnt accept card which was my and my kids method of payment while travelling

    1ImanPosted on: 10-16-2024

Scary, unsafe and would not recommend

Please avoid at all cost, especially if you are women travelling alone!! It’s in a dodgy area, didn’t feel safe at all. Rooms smelled of weed and cigarettes, the rooms had an eerie vibe and we left at 3:30am to find another hotel. I would recommend to just pay a little extra and stay somewhere that is safe!

rude staff bot help full and evn they are not providing as water not giving proper ans very bad experience

    4AndyPosted on: 9-7-2024

The room and shower were great.

The staff came across as particularly unfriendly. In the morning he was constantly watching me at breakfast and insisting on certain breakfast protocol, very strange.

    3EhsanPosted on: 8-13-2024

There is a restaurant next to hotel which is very good.Parking is free

We knew already the room is small and in the period of Olympic games could be difficult to find a place to stay but this room is very very small and not enough for two persons. the rooms are not airconditiones and very very warm so that was a bit difficult to take breath ! if you let the window open, that is very very noisy as hotel is located along a very crowded street . we asked booking.com to cancel our second night but we didn't receive any answer and then we had to leave there and move to another place ! very bad exprience.

Good price, some very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms basic but reasonably clean. Shared loos and showers, no queues. Initially clean, but got grubbier during our 3 night stay.

The noise! 3 of our 4 rooms were at the front. A member of staff who was working during the night made no effort to be quiet- sat on car park under bedroom windows idling his engine, made a racket unloading van contents. All night long. One of our party had no sleep for 2 nights as he was on the ground floor next to a storage room, and this staff member kept him awake.I was in a room on the other side - facing an incredibly busy dual carriageway. Heavy traffic noise all night. No air con, so no choice but to have windows open. Blinds attached to windows so opening windows let all the noise and light in. Spectacularly poor design, in view of the lack of zircon.

    5MohammadPosted on: 8-10-2024

Location and parking and the bed was ok

Toilets , it’s common toilets and shower which was not clean at all.

    2ChristopherPosted on: 8-9-2024

    Not a lot

The GPS direction was completely wrong and we spent an extra 45 minutes finding the Hotel. The room was far too small, no kettle facilities, the door handle on the bathroom was broken and the air conditioning was not working. There was always something missing at breakfast -either the orange juice, or the bread rolls, or the cheese or the yoghurt

    3MadalinaPosted on: 8-6-2024

    The coffee was good.

It was dirty. Personnel discussing guests and their room numbers with other guests, as they thought others will not understand them if the conversation was in French.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you can stay anywhere else, do so!

Everything. The toilets and shower were absolutely disgustingly, poo all over the toilets and pubic hair clogging the showers. The AC didn’t work, we had to buy fans from a supermarket. The staff were incredibly rude. There was no cutlery or crockery left for breakfast and the guy refused to resupply anything, saying he was too busy. I had to cut a roll with a spoon and eat it on a napkin standing up at reception.
