Executive Hôtel Paris Gennevilliers

They stated in the advert that I had to only pay £8.84/8.85 for city tax but had charged more than they stated. Contacted the hotel but they have not replied to the email recently sent.

The staff was very friendly.

There was mold, the shower took 30 minutes to heat up and the shower door was broken. there was water leaking from the window.

This is the worst staff. It is impossible to call the hotel. It is also impossible to get your money back. We did not want to spend the night there. We were ignored for several days. And in the end they said that the money would not be returned because it was New Year's Eve. Although they were supposed to return half of the amount according to the terms. A terrible place.

Big car park.CCTV in the corridor and other places too, feels very safe. Good size of standard bedroom. 24 hours staff available. Good location and few minutes walk to Grésillons station directly to Eiffel Tower. Easy access from hotel to local shops. Receptionist Riyad and Ben were very helpful with our requests.

On arrival New Year’s Eve had to spent a night in freezing cold Comfort bedroom as no other room was available. Had to request additional 2x duvet cover. Very basic breakfast. Otherwise it’s a good hotel but needs management attention to improve.

It was always cold ,there was no heating. We asked for heating at the reception and they said is working ,but wasn't.

Despite all the bad comments, we found this hotel very good to stay for 5 days visiting Paris, close train station and 20 minutes to center, big room, quiet area, bakery, supermarket, restaurant and even carfour nearby, we didn’t have any kind of problem while staying there, we will stay there also next time, because it’s the best for this money

Location was close to a train station. Convinient for trips to the city centre. Rooms seem to have gotten a semi-upgrade recently.

The area is a grim industrial zone with run-down buildings and construction sites. The space in front of the hotel is a mess, and the reception was like something out of a bad movie. I understand that Paris is expensive, but what we paid was ridiculous for the standard of the hotel. The photos may be of the correct hotel, but they do not reflect the impression we got.The suite was advertised as having "soundproofing," but we experienced the full force of the noise from the road next to the hotel. There was hardly any difference whether the windows were open or closed.

The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, comfortable beds, and overall pleasant atmosphere.

The main issue was that every morning the fire alarm went off very early, which caused panic and interrupted our rest. The staff said it happens because of guests smoking in rooms, but shouldn’t the hotel have better ways to handle that? Fines, stickers, or a system to prevent repeated false alarms?Also, during one evacuation we noticed that the emergency exit for people with disabilities was locked. Since elevators cannot be used during an alarm, stairs become impossible for them. This hotel is definitely not adapted for people with disabilities.

Nothing was good , every thing was very bad

There is no management at the hotel to solve guests issues We had a breakfast and it is included in our confirmed booings and the receiptionist was very rude and he did not allow us to have breakfast , treating us like dogs and animals .We showed him that the breakfast is included but they did not listen the reservation team is not professional This hotel was one of the worst hotel in my life , dishonest people

Hated it!

It was dirty. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Awful area of Paris. Pictures DO NOT match what it really is.

Well, you get what you pay for. It wasn’t as bad as the reviews made it sound. It was standard and as basic as you need if all you’re using it for is sleep. The air conditioning in the room was the most positive thing about it. Staff were fine, a bit grumpy at times but tried their best to communicate with us in English.

This hotel was booked for us through a ‘Wowcher mystery holiday’. We were told there was a train station nearby which would get us to the centre of Paris in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this train station didn’t exist as it was closed for ‘refurbishments’. So, not the hotel’s fault, but this meant we had to take a LOT of public transport to get to Paris so the location wasn’t great for what we wanted. Only 2 pillows on the bed, which we made do with. There were no spares in the cupboard which was unusual. Anyway, the room definitely needed some TLC. The shower leaked over the glass doors, the tiles/ceiling were mouldy and we had hairs all over the place (not from us)! It definitely wasn’t the cleanest of rooms (mainly the bathroom). The worst of all, no kettle in the room. This was very disappointing, what hotel doesn’t have a kettle nowadays?! We could’ve settled with not providing teabags/coffee, but no kettle?!!! Madness…

It was the worst stay...

The staff on duty at the reception made us wait for long time providing the key card of the room only to tell us later that a keycard cannot be provided and he will open the room for us and that we will need to find him everytime we need to open our room as they run out of keycard. No apologies at all for not giving us our key. When we said it's not acceptable to do that,he became aggresive towards us verbally disputing that what is the problem with that. We stayed without our own keycard as it became very uncomfortable talking to the staff.
