The location to me was weird. But, the hotel was clean and the staff was very professional.

The room is very smart, although small but it has everything, a toilet, a shower, a desk, hangers, mirror, fan, TV. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is humble but very tasty, including croissants, waffles, cake, toast, spreads, jam, yogurt, juice, and hot drinks. Everything is clean, the location is very close to the bus station, and walking distance to train station and Carrefour Express.

The only problem was the elevator, which was broken one day out of the 3 days we stayed, and our room was in the 5th floor.

The lady that checked us in was nice and helpful with everything we needed.

-didn not clean our room even when we put the please clean room sign on the door (we stayed for 3 nights, and no room cleaning).- the male front desk agent was not very helpful with anything, when we asked for new towels and give him the old towels back he said that he doesn't know who's responsible for that, and just gave us 2 towels and didnt take the old ones from us.-the drain in the shower was not working well, so whenever showering it always turns into a pool in there.-they were trying to charge us for breakfast even though it states that breakfast was included with our booking.

On the cheaper side

We did not feel safe in the neighborhood or the hotel. An extremely budget, ghetto hotel. Probably the worst Ibis we’ve been to. Thankfully, there was a worker who just happened to be there to check us in. He was nice. Parking was very tight.

Cleanliness… When we entered at 3rd floor , we were welcomed with bad smell all over 3rd floor… We wanted to take a shower but water didn’t drained out smoothly from bathroom… it took reasonable time to drain out bath water from bathroom drain… Main room was clean but not enough…

The price

The elevator was not working and we stayed at 4. Floor.

Not recommended

People at the front desk had no idea of how to help people. There is no information, there is also a bad smell in the corridors, and you can't use the common areas. Location is also pretty far from the city attractions.

Friendly staff. They speak English which was very helpful since I do not speak French.Free on-site parking available for guests.I've stayed in several Ibis Budget Hotels and I found this room to be quite spacious (and with good distribution)It's a 16 minute walk from the nearest metro station. If you are visiting Paris on a budget, I would recommend staying here and taking the metro to the center, and why not, visit the surroundings as well.

It's hard to say something I did not like.Elevator broke down the first night (but they fixed it very quickly)The parking doors were not functioning (as they were updating the system), but there was someone available at night to open/close whenever needed.

Great for a night or two if you just want to use it to sleep. Excellent value for money at Twilsons on the corner is a buzzing place to grab dinner

The staff were really nice.

There was some sort of issue going on with the electronics. Our tv started on its own in the middle of the night which scared us so bad. The light suddenly would flicker. The shower light was flickering all the time. And once the power to the whole reception area including the elevator went out just as we were about to enter the elevator. If we were a few minutes earlier, we would’ve got stuck in the elevator. And there was no staff around at that moment. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway, only for sleep.

Budget accommodation for an overnight stay. It’s convenient that there are rooms for large families

It was a first time to face an checkin terminal. It was not informed in the booking confirmation email. I just tried with the given info and I could check in to the hotel. Nice experience.

The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. This was my first time in your city and staying at an Ibis. From the reviews I had lower expectations but being that I was there for the Olympics my options were limited. But the room was clean, had all the basic comforts except AC, and again that front desk gentleman went above and beyond! Thank you so much. One lady mopping the floors noticed I got up from a seat so she could mop and she ended up moving the seat to where I was. I don’t know her name but again very kind!

Wasn’t very comfortable. Felt very dated. Felt a bit like a prison. Had to make own bed for top bunk

We stayed in this place for two nights, the elevator worked once on the day we entered, and according to the official, the elevator was no longer working and it was broken.
