Standard, hotel room, very clean, comfortable bed. The sound isolation of the windows is excellent, you can barely hear the busy road outside. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from a Metro station. A closed parking area is avalable behind the hotel.

The location is close to metro station with access of center in 30 min,there is also a supermarket close to the hotel,the price of parking on hotel area is decent.The breakfast is buffet but standard,all day's is same.

The hotel didn't offer a mini refrigerator,whater,tea,coffe or a water heating mug.

Convenient, even far from city center but easy to access by metro. Metro station only straight, just 10 minutes walk.

We liked the staff, the restaurant ? Breakfasts were delicious and of very good quality (drinks, food, everything at its best), good value for money. The location is perfect - supermarkets, underground within 5-minute walk. There was a lift which is very important when you have large suitcases.

The smell on our arrival, it's quite unpleasant first and then all your things smell like that, but we got used to it quickly. It was then fine. Also, no toilet brush, which was quite strange and uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities, no water in the room. You can only buy it at the supermarket or in the restaurant, but in the restaurant it's quite expensive (€3.15) per bottle. There was no wardrobe or bedside table. But we only stayed for 3 days, so it was fine.

It was cheap, easy to get to and the staff were so friendly.

It was a little cold and I think the thermostat was broke. However I never mentioned this to the people working there.

Convenient, just 20 minutes by metro to city centre.Very quiet, no traffic noise.

It's a little bit tatty, but it is clean, beds were very comfortable and clean.

Room was quite small. The air con didn’t work great. It’s a bit dated, needs a bit of a face lift. Better pillows that don’t collapse in the middle and 2 each would have been preferred.

About 200m from Les Agnettes metro station, close by to a supermarket carrefour. Room was cleaned and new towel every day. Staff were very friendly.

No coffee or tea making facilities, no hand towels only a bath towel. Room very small, air con hardly worked.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed is cozy. There are two store nearby, you can buy foods and other stuff easily. The metro station is very good as it provided elevator with two direction as well.

No tissue provided outside the bathroom and there is no water boiler indoor.Remember to buy water earlier if you have to late check in.

Lovely hotel with excellent service and staff. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection and good variety, served in a bright and sunny dining area. Not far from metro and tram stops.

The staff, especially on Reception, were very helpful.

The bathroom was not ideal - it was a wet room and the floor flooded when you used the shower resulting in a wet carpet in the bedroom. Also the toilet bowl was discoloured making it look dirty - needed some bleach.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location close to the station and very handy having shops next door
