Extremely friendly staff. Clean. I had a new bathroom and was nice. Nice water boiler in the room.

The table in the room was a bit too narrow to work. Too much noise from the street and the neighbor room. The lift is very slow.

AC and plumbing in the room were NOISY, no water in the shower when the temperature goes above 20C, toilet small and cramped

The room was cosy and neat. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The hospitality of everyone working in the building especially the reception desk people. They were so nice and always helpful, this lovely man at the desk was full of attentions that made our stay the nicest. The location was amazing and full of very cute little street, which, unlike Paris, smelled good. Felt like we were in a little village more than 20 minutes away from Paris. If you’re travelling for the eras tour the bus journey is very easy and convenient, they give you all the informations about it at the desk.

The air con wasn’t working which made the room pretty hot but with keeping the door open, the draft cooled down the room pretty quickly. As we were in a little corner of the building no one could see we had the door open.

The air-conditioning was on, at 16°, but it didn't work. I don't know if it was something specific about my room

Location was good

For a double room, it was extremely small tight and tiny and most of all claustrophobic. Bath Towels were mediocre. The Lift / elevator broke down. We were lucky enough not to get stuck in the broken lift but unfortunately other guests got stuck. You could here people talk in neighbouring rooms. Sound proofing was non-existent. Carpet in the corridor on the stairs and landing was dirty and stained in parts and appeared old and tatty. Not sure how it’s rated as a 3star hotel. The only pleasant thing about the hotel was the receptionist gentleman who was very friendly.

Staff was lovely. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was more spacious than I expected.

The place can be a bit noisy. The first night someone in the next room was listening to radio so loudly I could hear it as if in my own room. The second night was fine.

Located in a beautiful peaceful town with great food nearby. The staff suggested an amazing authentic French restaurant just 2 mins away. The bed was comfy and everything was clean

Minimalist, somewhat "cold" decoration. No proper bed stands. just a tiny plate attached to the wall on which you can put a smart phone or your watch & glasses but not the three at the same time ! Very small desk.

Isolation of room is not good. There was a lot of noise in room ( like a sound of elevator or stairs)Also night shift staff could be more courteous.
