Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de St. Cloud Hotel

The location was very nice. We come here every year.

Every morning at about 5 or 6 am, someone started to hammer, move furniture, etc. It is not normal someone starts to do these kind of things so early in the morning. It was like this every single morning. Also, there was a huge gross stain on the mattress. It was very disgusting. The hotel should have replaced the mattress. The previous years were fine but this time, it was completely different and not nice because of the loud noises in the early morning and also the really disgusting stain on the mattress. Really unhygienic. It looked like a blood stain. The hotel should replace the mattress completely.

Absolutely from the very begining was great and full of Christmass emotions!All the stuff is very friendly and polite!The room was large and the breakfast was great!Also the receptionist supported us for charging our electric car!

The bathroom.Basin too shallow to hold any water.Impossible shower to operate, flooded the whole bathroom and late at night no hot water

The staff were exceptionally helpful but getting there by car was a nightmare and gather this was so with other people. Breakfast was delicious everything you would want.

The pool, the hotel building and the staff

No granola or French toast or sourdough breadI thought we would have had access to the country club but sadly no.

Wonderful, family friendly and quiet hotel and nice pool area

People were smoking in the pool area where smoking was not allowed and some guests were throwing cigarette butts on the tiles. We had to take off our shoes before entering the pool area so it was not comfortable to step on a stub or cigarette ash.The service at the restaurant was quite slow but everyone was friendly so it was not a problem.

Friendly & professional staff. Large room. Large bed. Large bathroom with a shower and a separate tub with a shower. The balcony was nice. Parking garage under hotel was convenient. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious.

The toilet room was cramped and the door opened inward which made it even more awkward. There was no hand soap on thr sinks. The stand in shower door didn't close properly and leaked water all over the floor.

Location, good ambience and serenity surrounding the hotel was what we were looking for primarily and this hotel had all these. Omy, the guest relations officer was exceptionally helpful and very good in understanding our needs, this made our stay at the hotel comfortable. Amrith, at the front desk and some of his colleagues too was very resourceful and helpful, especially with non English speaking locals. I would like to mention a tech named Niyyaz, who was very good at fixing my mothers’ wheelchair and we are grateful to him for it, as our holiday and sightseeing in Paris wouldn’t have been possible without his help !!

In room dining, room service, menu options and catering was unexpectedly poor and definitely needs improvement, so does the hospitality and courteousness of the staff providing room service. Menu options at the Hamptons grill were very limited and restrictive with hardly any options for vegetarians and those who prefer lamb and chicken, so we didn’t enjoy lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet was mostly English and American not exceptional with no French cuisine at all !!Overall we expected better hospitality since this is a Renaissance hotel.

The restaurant closes two days a week which is poor for a hotel of this level. The bar was also only operating to a limited standard when the restaurant was closed with no draught beer and very limited range of bottled beers.

Breakfast was very good. Staff at breakfast also was very kind. Room was very nice to share among 4 people.

The room was 4 people. But they gave us only 2 small water bottles. We arrived mid-night and it was difficult to find water.

Extremely nice hotel, heated outdoor pool, lovely balcony on our family room! All staff wonderful , helpful and friendly. Felt very well looked after!
