Cleanliness was ok, showers were good.

Door code never works the first 2 times. Expected rooms to be better equipped with hygiene products.

The location is good. The hotel is neat. The rooms are compact

The staff cannot understand or speak English. Only Jenny put effort to support us. There was a male staff who doesnt show any concern to support when we requested information and speaks abruptly and was kind of rude. He needs to be trained to offer better customer support. It left us with a bad experience.Word to the management: Paris being an international hub and having millions of visitors every year, it would be wise for you to express your customer commitment by training your staff to speak in English so that it caters to a wide range of visitors from Asia and the USA.

Good value for money

Rooms quite small and basic, way to the hotel pretty dark in the evening/night.

Very calm,quite,secured and very disciplined.All the staffs are smiling face and helping attitude.

It would have been better if complementary breakfast was introduced.Also costings would've been a bit less.

room was dirty and bed was not clean it was smeeling very bad.

Hotel was very basic when I arrived staff was rude because my credit card had only confirmed the booking so had to contact booking .com the man I was dealing with apologised. Would have been nice to have tea & coffee in the rooms too.

Right next door to where our business meetings were. Efficient reception staff. Good value for money.

Beds were too hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast requires improvement.

Disappointing

Small room, there was not even a chair. Room temperature was not good. Very cold when I arrived. There was a small radiator in the room, if it was off, it was very cold, when I turned it on it became too hot.

staff was very friendly and hardworking. good location. plenty of parking and not expensive

beds were hard, breakfast was till 10.30 but at 9.45 everything was gone and empty. the lady baked some additional fresh bread upon request but there was nothing left to put it on.

The lobby and the breakfast area very nice one. Breakfast was good and stuff very polite and friendly. Thank you so much for that.

Rooms have a smell of apple acet and there were bugs on the ceiling and on the floor. Not that clean as was said on the papers. Overall for 1night was kind of acceptable but the quality price is over priced. Too higt price for that kind of room size with even not a proper shower but a box one. Just disappointed a little bit in this.

Rooms are too much compact n no space to move around. No space to keep luggage. Bunk bed is not safe person below.

Basin tap water may be good but asking to get it from basin tap for drinking is certainly not good.

Everything was good according to our needs.

Maybe they should install more usb ports into the rooms. We were two, coming from Ireland and there was only one usb port and we wanted to charge our phones during the night because we were leaving early in the morning.

too many biting mosquitos!!! Could not sleep!!killed almost 10 during night and they kept on going please clean up the nasty mosquitos !!
