Hotel Le Cardinal Rueil Centre

It was a quite and nice place. Which is 2.4 km away from railway station. Ease accessible and friendly staff. First day had issues with AC and they fixed it immediately which was good. Special thanks to the staff

Nice small hotel in Ruel -Malmaison very close to the train station and walking distance from restaurants and small businesses.

Nothing to comment here. Everything was as expected.

My room was on the top floor, very steep stairs and no one to help with the bag

I had to sleep outside in the street because the hotel got my booking date wrong. It was too late to go to another hotel.

That it was simple, dependable.

That we were transferred to a different hotel and then the person didn’t speak any English and we had to pay €72 more at the hotel.

Staff very accommodating, especially as we didn't know much French.

Nice room and very good value for money. Location is off the grid for RER/Metro, but you know that upfront Everyone friendly.

The location was good and the atmosphere and the staff were friendly too.

The Air-conditioner did not work, and it was hot inside the room. So I had to open a window and sleep. Fortunately it didnt get too cold during the night.

Breakfast was very limited staff were not very nice.Ran out of eggs on second day and staff said there is no more. Then 10 minutes later she brough some more in?having to make your own eggs is also inconvenient. I saw two other guests fighting over who's eggs were in the water bath. Receptionist was also very rudeOne morning the hostess was arguing and fighting with a guest with a lot of shouting and cursing going on back and forth.

Breakfast, receptionist insisted that I pay upfront for breakfast and taxes rather than taking authorisation or hold on card. when he finally sent invoice I can see that a hold was already put in place and refund applied for breakfast which I didnt take. This was both confusing and just made no sense. When I asked why I had to pay upfront he said just in case I ran away!

No kees , no water , no coffee

Good location Good hot water system.

Heating was very weak.One room heater not working.Toilet access too tight. Toilet Room too small.Very little coffee or tea......no milk or coffee mate.Very noisy guests banging and shouting at 02:30 am. Car parking is extra charge.

Lovely staff. Central location in Rueil-Malmaison, 20 minutes from Versailles by car; 20 minutes from central Paris.

Very helpful staff especially the lady at the reception. It was very close to IFP where I was visiting.

The lovely gentleman at the reception. He looked after every guest. Very helpful and caring.

Very basic breakfast.

The area was nice, the receptionists were amazing people and helped us but beyond that we were disappointed with our stay there.

House keeping service did not meet the bare minimum, they never changed our towels even if we were clear that they needed change, we had to go to the reception to ask for towels and toilet paper.We had a room for three with a loft bed which was not made often times during our stay so basically they would make the main floor’s beds but ignore the one in the loft. The rooms were not clean and even had a disgusting smell and there were so many bugs and flies.

No free parking! But parking on the streets around is free so not that big deal!

Staff was very helpful they arranged transportation for our group. Awesome job guys. Thank you for your kindness

Only one thing i dislike the a/c was terrible didn't work at all, thank goodness wasn't to hot.

Nice location in a nice neighborhood. Spacious room. Reasonable wifi. Bathroom was good, specially the shower. Interesting buildings.

The receptionists seemed to be a bit confused. Wrong receipt for the payment. Smell of humidity in the corridor; the room was ok through. A bit expensive for what is offered.
