After having asked me via email to do the fast check-in when we arrived at the hotel they informed us that the room was not available...and rebooked on a nearby hotel. Not a single call to inform us in advance, very bad experience.

Pleasant stay overall. Good food. Good WiFi . Spacious room. Comfortable common spaces

The complement tea bags in the room were never replenished. Mags used not always replaced.

The temperature control in the room was uncomfortable., the temperature was far too hot while the additional mobile ventilator did not help to cool down

Location was good, 5 minutes walk to the train station. Staff were very helpful also.

I really liked the breakfast offering. A lot of variety and good quality of food. The worst part was the room itself. I was expecting a better room for the amount of money charged per night.

The breakfast was good but it does not have somuch Diary product like different types of cheese or sweet butter and if you can put Halal option also it would be nice of you. Any way thanks a lot for your nice service.

Location was good

The rooms were stinky. The staff were not polite, tried reaching the reception desk multiple times, but Noone bothered picking up the phone. The worst, lifts stopped working for quite a time.

Proximity and car parking

Free WiFi didn’t work at all - basic room facilities - bathroom : fixed hand shower , no possibility to take in your hands - high price for quite basic facilities , it is not Paris center

The breakfast was really great and the staff during breakfast service was super nice. Comfortable bed.Very near to the RER station.

I had a problem in the shower drain and it was offered me to change rooms. One of the staff members was extremely rude to me (it was just him, the rest of the members were very nice). The issue was solved afterall, no need to change rooms, but it was a very unpleasent situation. Central A/C in the rooms is a problem depending on the season. It was +30° outside and the A/C was just not enough, making the room temperature high, and it was just not possible to cool down thru the central A/C.

There is nothing I can think of that I liked about this hotel.

There is no food available at the premises during weekend. No room service, no restaurant open. Staff behaviour at the reception was very disappointing. I wanted to speak to the duty manager, and I was told that there is no supervisor available during the weekend to talk to.

Too hot in the room. The guy at the reception desk seemed a bit annoyed every time we asked him something

The room size is good for one person and it was clean. Hotel is very quiet as it is far from the city centre so most of the guests are coming for business since the hotel is close to companies.

Location is far from city centre but again, this hotel is recommended for those who are coming to work on the companies close to it

The hotel is so close to the subway and there is a direct line to Arc the Triumph! You get to Paris quickly .
