Pros +
- The staff was amazing and welcoming. They would always clean our room well and make the beds. We had a baby, so we had a lot of requests like a kettle, warming water at the reception, etc.. The staff was very friendly and helpful
- Breakfast was good. Bathroom was large enough.
- Disappointing StayUnfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what I expected. The room was extremely small and not well-maintained—it felt dirty and cramped. To make matters worse, the ladies at reception were anything but attentive. They seemed uninterested and unhelpful whenever I approached with a question or concern. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.
Cons -
- Probably due to system error, we got an extremely small room considering we had a baby. We requested a crib and they provided but that made the room extremely small and we were not comfortable in it and not worth the price. We booked with friends and I'm pretty sure they got the room that we should have gotten because their room was very big
- Parking fee should be paid separately. The room was very small with extra third bed, even though we did not need it. The room curtains are very thick and make the room dark.
- There was a power shortage at night as we just came back, we wanted to eat in peace, called the staff member and he insured that rather we can move to room for 2 people as we were three or they can return fee for one night as compensation but later in the morning the staff person refused and said only manager can do so and he will get back. Till now they havnt managed to contact or walk about any compensation

Property was clean, rooms was sufficient enough. Good connection with bus but abit far ways from city

Poor
The room door is right next to the bed. There was no cup, no kettle,no bottle of water, basically there was nothing in the room to make a cup of tea. The room was very small.
It was clean and employees were nice
I understand that a 3 star hotel would not offer a minibar. But when i ask for a water after 6h+ travel when i get in my room, they charged it and i find this not kind. I hope the place would mind to offer just a small bottle of free water for the visitors.
Overall, the price was good
Room was very small and lacking Iron as well as coffee and tea
The staff were really bad and not professional at all. The room cleaning was terrible. We stayed there for a week and I feel they never washed our towels.
Great breakfast, really friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.
Some outside noise (scaffold banging in the wind but not hotels fault), room was on the small side.
Hotel was very close to shops, buses, metro RER line and with very polite staff.
Nothing much excepting probably for location
Rooms were super small for the amount we pay. Breakfast was decent, but for the money being paid not value for money for sure. Rooms had a smell.
Room was very comfy and clean, expected to be small as this is norm in Europe. Breakfast was also very good with healthy choices. 20 minutes of pleasant walk brings to the train station, plenty of bus stations around. Extremely calm area after 6PM.
It was first time for me to use 3 stars so not having in the room water, tea/coffee, in the bathroom no hair conditioner for maybe is a normal practice. When ordered evening coffee it was the same coffee from breakfast station but paid :) Not complaining, it was ok.
Value for Money, Great Hotel Comfortable Rooms and Great Buffett Breakfast
Queit Area not much to do, but the bus stop to the metro is across the road, so it's easy to get to another area, You get alot for your money but of your trip is for Paris Centre it's a little to Far out
Modernised old building . With nicely designed rooms
Nothing really . Was only one night and handy to where we needed to be in the morning
within walking distance of the town centre
TV - there were no channels in Englishtea making facilities - there were none - I asked and was given a kettle and 2 mugs to take to room but next day the mugs were removed. Usually I would expect the room to have kettle, tea, coffee and milk and cups.
breakfast very nice. room comfy and clean. staff efficient. everything you need for a good stay
Standard ibis as expected. Clean comfortable quiet room overlooking large interior courtyard. Interior sound isolation good aside from ceiling noise if guests above arrive late. Also very intrusive plumbing noise from other rooms. Excellent location. Would stay here again depending on price which seems to be insanely variable
The property had air conditioning, underground car park, beds were made daily with room service. The sitting communal area was good with free use of a football table.
A great hotel that provided everything we needed for our stay during the Olympics. The neighbourhood of Rueil Malmaison was lovely with shops and restaurants. And less than 30 mins into the centre of Paris by RER A train. Would definitely recommend
The room was quite small but that was OK as we didn’t spend much time in there. A safe for valuables would have been good as would a little fridge to keep our drinks cool during the heat. But otherwise had everything we needed!
Close to transport. Comfortable beds abs and the staff was helpful and accommodating.
