The breakfast was great. The location was fine if you were by public transport like we were, but it wasn’t so bad to walk to the nearby stations. The Impressionist island is very near and accessible by foot which was great. Paris is easily accessible by public transport. The room was clean and the staff were awesome.

The wifi was awful. Pretty annoying for anyone making plans for the next day. You’d think this was a given now in hotels. Also, the menu at the restaurant was really not diverse and didn’t really have anything that looked spectacular or worth it. Drinks ordered to the room were great and service was great, but good available for in room service was also very, very limited. Not the best for people just trying to relax in their room.

Calm clean quiet

The bath top is very high I couldn’t take a a shower at all . I thought it has a douche.very old building need to be changed even the carpet , no chair no table at the balcony.no a katel to boil water for my tea.

Will not come back.

The hotel has a ball room in front of the bedrooms... a wedding was going on until 4:00 AM!!!

The bed was comfortable and location was quiet the food and service was very good. We especially liked Pedro great guy nothing was too much trouble for him.

But our room was too small and the heating fan was noisy and we could never work the strange in room coffee machine.

Le confort, le restaurant, le calme

Really great value hotel on the outskirts of Paris which was ideal when bringing a car. Easy to get to La Defense Arena for a concert, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to use the spa facilities but they looked great! Highly recommend

Room was spotless, comfortable, and great air conditioning. Plenty of space in the room and nice having a separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast was really good, restaurant has loads of space, good selection of cold and hot food and drinks.

A few fittings were a bit tatty. Two of the door handles were loose, the toilet door appears to have been forced previously and not fully repaired and the pole on the shower was not secure. No more than 10 minutes work and all would have been perfect.Also the coffee machine didn't appear to work properly - but that could have just been me.None of the above impacted my stay, which was still great, but couldn't mark it exceptional.

The hotel help are very nice

The scrambled eggs were so Watters I couldn't eat them. They were swimming in liquid

The location was great, in a quiet area outside the city. The facility included a cozi garden and a relaxing wellness area. Personnel was handy and welcoming.The oils used for massages were peculiar. For the lover of golf, a playground is located just besides the residence.

The wifi coverage wasn't good at all throughout the facility, even in the room.The services are a bit overcharged, especially the wellness area.The location isn't comfortable to be reached by train. The train station is 15 min walk distance from the residence.

Disappointing

Only one little Water in mini bar. Everything extra pay (swimming pool etc)

spacious room relative to other nearby hotels. Lots of space around hotel so really peaceful. staff are lovely and speak English really well which is lucky as my French is rubbish.

some fit and finish problems in the room (cracked tile in bathroom, no seal on shower screen so floor got very wet, shaving mirror poorly fitted). also having 2 single beds pushed together to make a double feels a bit budget.

paying 150€ for a night while checking in at 9:00 pm then I have to come in person to reception to pickup the iron!!!!

The bar food was good.

Room was old. Had a sewer smell. Having to pay 45 euro for only 1 hour access to the gym is ridiculous as well. i left after 20 mins after getting sick from the sewer smell.

Room small and a little dated

The spa facilities are wonderful and very quiet, the breakfast was not only very good but also delivered in the room at no extra cost and the restaurant was a perfect pick for a birthday celebration. The hotel is also located near the river and by a golf course and provides a perfect setting for a long walk.

It is outside of the city centre, but that really isn’t such a bad thing for a real restorative break. There is little to no vegetarian option on the menu, but the chef will make you something and it was delicious— don’t be afraid to ask!
