Restaurant was closed on arrival for a private event and this was not mentioned at time of booking.Rooms were in need of updating and not particularly clean

We had a room on the 6th floor - quiet and clean.

parking: we paid for two nights but decided to park off-site as the accessibility was poor.

Very nice hotel. Staff at late night check in did not speak English but he did a great job working through it with me to get checked in and park my car in underground lot.

No lighting at check in. Hard to see name on building and entrance. Also confusing road direction pulling in and finding the underground garage entrance.

Very nice and patient staff! Clean room.

The room facilities are quite old, but it is ok for staying there

We needed a hotel close to Paris and this was excellent value for money with good parking.

Better signage for the parking would be nice .

Great location close to Versailles. Bakery and supermarkt in front of the hotel. Secure and cheap parking.

Rooms a bit dated, but what can you expect for the price.

We have visited this hotel before, so knew that for us the location was good. Breakfast has a good selection of food and hot drinks. It is well placed for travel into Paris, bus stop outside for railway station into Paris, or to visit Versailles.

They still do not have restaurant open in evenings, and while there is a good Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, there is very little else. However, the hotel are happy with take away brought in, and this year the bar was open.

Room was specious, check-in quick, pillows amazingly comfortable, I especially liked having electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Overall I liked the hotel.

There was hair on 3 of the towels, hair in the shower.

Nice room, clean and well kept. Good water pressure for the shower

Spring mattress, not that comfortable.Clogged sink, water would take long to go down.There's a continuous noise I think from vents in the walls, kind of annoying as it's pretty loud at night.

Checkin staff was easy, parking was a little difficult but got there in the end. grate access to metro and buses. lovely walk back though the woods form the local westfield centre.

Our room did not represent the photos and my expectation, I think the photos on booking .com were from a renovated hotel not this one. was nmelly and dated. we also found childrens cloaths on the chair from the previous occupents.

Good price for Paris, convenient to have 4 twin beds. Perfectly good for a short stay, nice bakery across the road!

Not much space for storage or just general moving around - hooks for towels would be very useful.

Great value, very comfortable and clean. I needed to stay out of the city centre but this was on a great bus route so easy to access the things I needed.

Slightly limited facilities but had everything I needed.

Friendly staff and rooms were nice and clean when we arrived. Good location, bus and train stops close by.

Breakfast simple but ok. Good Location: 20min walk to Chaville train station. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

Hygiene and beds not good.Parking way far too small for medium sized cars!
