The heating didn't work well, the room was cold at night. I wasn't happy with the organization, I booked half board and the day before they told me that the kitchen would be closed. They should have announced it at least a week before arrival so I could find another hotel.

The staff on the reception desk are kind .Cleaning lady also.Position is good.Metro station 10 min walking

The hotel is old,the beds are not so comfortable.we changed three rooms.For family which normally in other novotels we get a biger familly room here we got really small cold room,so we must to booked another one room in the same hotel.The breakfast is poor and every day totally same.Problem with heating first two days.For same price could be in the better hotel near to center

Very comfortable bed and good breakfast

Will be better to have the shower instead of bain as not very comfortable to take shower when you are tall.

Location is good very close to Metro station, great service, friendly personal, nice and clean.

The hotel overall was nice.

Room is a bit small for a family of 4, sofa bed is comfortable but it takes up pretty much the whole room.

Location. We were attending an event at L’Observatoire de Meudon but also planned sightseeing in Paris. The hotel was within easy travelling distance of both.

We weren’t able to adjust the temperature in the room. With three adults in a fairly small room, it was very warm!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area close to the bus station (approx. 100m) and the metro station (approx. 500m).

It was a large, modern hotel. The staff were very helpful.

It’s a fair way away from most things so it cost a bit getting everywhere when using Ubers.

Got early check in Water dispensers on each floor

The following: Very poor house keeping. First day , there was no shower gel in the bathroomNext day , house keeping forgot to clean my room despite hanging the "clean my room" sign outside. When called reception - they didnt even bother to do anything, said sorry and just hung up Check out day - i accidently spotted an old pair of socks from some previous guest under the bed - shows how poor the room service is Hand tissues also finished and no one bothered to refill Bed was too soft

Good size room, lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice

Only choose this hotel due to it being close to my family home. The hotel need a major upgrade as the room looks a bit old

The room was a nice size and the bathroom was very clean, but the bathtub/shower needs a shower door. The property made the trip to the palace of Versailles very easy.

The property was a little far away from main attractions in Paris.

There was a nasty smell in bar, the coffee machine in room didn’t work, bathroom badly designed and felt smaller than it was, staff were not the most welcoming and the bar closed way earlier than I expected. It was ok and suited me as I was in Paris for rock en Seine which was close by, but I expected a bit more from the pictures.

Great location, easy parking facilities, lovely breakfast in the morning, very clean and well put together. Staff all very obliging and happy to help.

Taxi orders by the hotel was crazily expensive for a short trip. Make sure you check this in advance. We were charged £42 for a 1.7 mile trip to Parc de Princes by the recommended company for a family of 5. Just something to be aware of if relying on concierge service.

The breakfast was simply a treat, it speaks for itself. The hotel was a three minute walk from where my son lives and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly and even though there was a language bearer tried to help.

The refrigerator did not get cold and we repeatedly tried to convey this to the staff but after six days it still was not fixed. In hindsight, if could have been due to the fact that you must leave your room key in a switch near the door for your electricity to work. Don't really know but it is a great hotel anyway. There are no ice machines and I didn't see anywhere to purchase ice in that area.

It needs renovation, the room smelled, old carpet, etc

Staff were rude, uninterested,didn't tell you anything,bad check in, room still had hairs in the bathroom,shower screen leaked,shower head didn't hold central so you had to physically hold it unless you wanted to soak the bathroom,sofa bed extremely uncomfy

The staff, cleanliness and room size was good

The air conditioner was not cold enough.
