Really disappointing overall

Staff miserable, rude, purely focussed on generating revenue. The most unwelcoming "welcome" from asian receptionist when I arrived. The african restaurant manager wins award for rudest member of hotel staff I have encountered ever

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool was good. Location extremely handy for the exhibition centre and Metro Station.

Room was a little small and not much storage. Not having milk in the room to go with the coffee.

We stayed as a family with two young children and the room was fantastic. It has a living room with a sofa bed and a separate sleeping area, plus with two separate showers. We were very comfortable with the large size of this room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The children really enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool which has a glass pyramid ceiling to take in the natural light. Above all the staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel bar twice for dinner. Whilst not a full restaurant, the food was delicious and service was great. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and Decathlon is just down the road which we went daily to stock up on affordable winter gear.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reservation team was outstanding — quick, clear communication and they handled everything smoothly. Check-in was easy, and we felt genuinely welcomed. Great location and a very comfortable stay overall.

Reception staff should have known how to drive to the very close periferique. Air conditioning in the bedroom was erratic.

Clean, comfortable and they accepted my request for early check in

Hamam and hot tub were both out of order. Those amenities were the reason I booked the hotel. Nothing was listed about them being unavailable. After checking in while relaxing with my girlfriend, a maintenance worker came into our room unexpectedly while we were not dressed to service the shower. A phone call or notice during check in would have been greatly appreciated.

Very comfortable and big room, comparing with the vast amajority of hotels in Paris. 5 minutes walk from the metro station, line 12 (the most central in Paris). The small garden on the back side is very attractive!

The breakfast is fair but it could be a bit richer. Not many attractive places to go by feet around the hotel.

The rooms were far too hot and the air conditioning didn’t work. The coffee machine and TV didn’t work. The steam room was not working in the spa.

Really nice pool and good breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. Clean, updated, and quiet rooms. Lots of restaurant options and a grocery within a block. Less than 5-minute walk to the metro. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly.

Breakfast slot was a bit overly crowded/ tight but food was ok

The showers are out of this world! The staff kindly accomodated our requests for the room and helped getting us a couple's massage which was also wonderful. We had great food and mocktails at the restaurant. Breakfast was incredible!

The AC was not very powerful unfortunately
