It has AC as advertised. The rooms were clean. Nice restaurant.

The rooms are tiny and cramped. Cost for basic things like water are ridiculous! We got 2 waters and 2 small juices for the room and it was $24 euros! one on! It's also a bit of a walk from any public transportation.

Location is amazing, near a station.Room was clean and tidy.Small but enough of what we need.

The shower didn’t have extractor fan and radiator for drying towels. As it is always damp, there were black moulds in the corners of shower area and the ceiling.

Location and parking through OnePark.

The pillows were too flat, and the towels could have been newer.

It was not clean, the room was not same with the photos , the towel was not clean , there were no slippers …. Many reasons

The room was cozy, perfect for a few nights. It was a bit cold, but we were given an electric heater, which immediately made it more comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but unfortunately, it was far from a metro stop.

Staff were very friendly.

The water temperature needs looking at. You go through hot and cold temperatures every 20 sec. After a very long day of sightseeing seeing this is not beneficial.Our window backed onto apartment balconies and the occupants were not quiet, neither was the excessive roadworks. Lastly, a kettle and coffee or tea facilities, maybe a bottle of water would be really great!

1. When we entered the room, we found the bathroom was not cleaned properly there were some soap and etc left from the previous visitors. 2. Although I stated 2 guests in the booking room facilities was for 1 person only and we asked for additional towel, glass and chair. 3. The daily room cleaning was included to the services. We found our room untouched when we returned in the evening even though I had put the notice on the door. The next day I had to inform the reception that we want our room clean. 4. The breakfast was poor.5. Internet cut every morning. We could connect after 10:00AM everyday

Staff could be more friendly. Sometimes we had communicate problems because their English was poor.

Comfortable and quietPlenty of restaurants nearby Fifteen minutes walk to Metro

The room was great - big enough for two of us.

I think it would be good to have key access for the lifts as you have clearly had room break-ins.Also, the breakfast wasn't as good as some Ibis hotels - but it was sufficient. A lot of things did run out very early on.

Managerial staff were uncooperative, unhelpful, unfriendly and abrupt

Not much of a bar, and no kettles in the room! The food choice wasn’t great at breakfast, very limited, and the evening meal service was really bad on this occasion. At one point we were asked what we would like for desert, despite not having actually been served our main, which finally arrived about 45/50 minutes after starter. But in terms of hotel, this is absolutely worth it.

Location wasn’t too far from the Eiffel Tower it’s a good distance if you’re a healthy couple that can walk a little and catch a train/bus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff/cleaners were nice.

The hotel itself didn’t have a kettle/iron or extra pillows in the bedroom. Despite freezing temperatures they do not provide heaters (not even upon request). The room took a while to warm up but still wasn’t warm enough with the built in fan. There were also no extra towels in the room. Apparently when we ran out of toilet roll (tissue) toilet rolls were not available until the following morning, which is absurd. These small things matter a lot especially to people coming from the UK.

The room was nice. Shower was great. Location wasn't too bad and not too far from the tourist spots. Short Uber ride. Breakfast was good too. staff were helpful and attentive. Very quiet area.

Room was quite small. Twin beds were a sofa bed split in half with a foam mattress topper. Not really what you'd expect for the price we paid. Tax on top of the total room rate which I didn't see anywhere when booking.

The hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and is close to an eclectic mix of restaurants.The staff were quite friendly - especially at Reception.Although on the small size our room was well-serviced, clean and comfortable.The hotel cleanliness was overall of a very high standard.There was a good variety of foods on offer at Breakfast that were topped up by hard-working staff.

We booked a half-board stay. Unfortunately, the evening meal menu was very limited and each night items were cancelled, leaving hardly any choice. On two of the nights, a buffet was offered which meant that we were at least able to have decent-sized portions but the choice of foods was again very limited.
