TV did not work for the first day and a half. And they did not compensate for the inconvenience

The hotel was great, offering an excellent breakfast and a nearby local market for convenience. Its easy access to the metro and wonderful, helpful staff truly enhanced the stay.

The TV offered limited English channels (only two), and while there were no ice machines, the bar staff was always happy to provide ice upon request.

It was a nice and peaceful stay, Plenty of shops around and also the subway was few meters walk. Breakfast had many options.

We stay at the Marriot for 2 nights. First day althought the check in was at 15.00 pm, we went to our room at 20.00 pm and still was not ready.Second day we went to the room in the afternoon and it was again, still havent been clean. We ask the room to be clean 3 times.

Breakfast end at 10am which is a bit too early. Location-wise don’t expect much, but it is in the price.

Nothing. Great property

We loved the location of the hotel. Very close to the metro stations and lots of restaurants nearby along with Carrefour City convenience store. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms allocated was spacious. I was surprised to not get any noise disturbance in the night. The breakfast was wonderful and staff took care to your requirements. The hotel is located in a neat, clean and safe neighbourhood. Overall a great stay and would love to come back and stay again.

Everything was good. Since it was a short trip be did not assess anything in detail.

Central location. Staff are friendly I asked reception to check my mini fridge cuz it wasn’t working but they fixed it right away.

We got stuck in one of the elevator for about 15 minutes. The technician was able to get us out without having to wait for elevator company tech to come . Breakfast could have been better if they would change it up sometimes. The same everyday. Good quality food though.

The issue with my billing

It was nice and clean and close to the metro station.

When we checked in, they gave us wrong room with someone else’s name and information. I was told at the front desk that breakfast is included in my booking since I’m a Marriot Bonvoy member. When we went to have breakfast in the morning our name was not in the list. The staff was super nice and let us eat first. Then I brought this issue to another staff member who helped us getting our room as we had someone else’s room which was small and not convenient for us. We were finally able to get our room back but when it was time to change rooms we have to stay back until 12:30 to wait for the room to be available. Unfortunately, that day their 7th floor lift was not working. We had to take out three luggages from 6th floor to 7th floor by taking stairs and nobody was kind enough to offer their help with luggage. Now, in our new room, AC and fridge were not working. They fixed the fridge but not AC. It was supper hot in that room. When we came back that day we were left with a note that we haven’t given them a credit card yet with deposit so our room keys weren’t working. We were so tired. I went down to speak with front desk and she told that I have to pay 250 euro deposit as she doesn’t see it on her record. I showed her the proof that deposit was given when we checked in and bank has already taken the money from my account. This whole process was so frustrating. After showing her my bank records she finally gave the key cards. It was very late. We didn’t sleep properly through out our entire 5 days stay at this hotel. We didn’t eat breakfast after the first incident. On our last day, I went to have breakfast and I was again not on the list. She let me eat and said she put it on the room. Like what??? I was told on the first and second day that breakfast is included. I was so frustrated when I checked out. The front desk was nice to waive the breakfast charges for me.

the environment overall is very good, easy access to transportation and restaurants, room is clean and modern, excellent, it made our stay become very pleasant and comfortable, bathroom and shower very comfortable, staff is all very friendly and helpful. I tried dinner in the hotel, excellent, services and food are all wonderful.

The Hotel is not safe i got stolen Cash from the Hotel stuff ,they said we will investigate and get back to you 24 Hours nothing from their side

Location good for us. 5 mins walk from Metro. And it's next to the expo park if you're going there. Staff were very friendly and helpful - they are a credit to the hotel. Check in was easy too.

Breakfast could've been better. Hot food was cold.

Some staff were not very friendly. Needed more bar staff when big groups are booked in, service very slow and one staff did not know how to pour a wine.

The staff were very polite and attentive. The open buffet breakfast was high quality and delicious. Everything was fresh.

Property was in a nice location. Metro was very near. Staff behaviour was excellent. A very pleasant stay.

As we participated in Exhibition so location excellent, eateries, shops all near & stay comfortable

Very good Breakfast

Elevator system with holdin card was strange. I booked high floor room and got 2nd floor ( very high :) , but elevator was in some cases already in third floor by the time card reacted and i could push no 2 . Also to use stairs was bit strange system as no direct access from 2-nd to lobby. Ended up in Gym. What should have been good , but this time no :)

The hotel is fairly new, just outside of the Périférique, easily reached with metro line 12. Spacious room, big bed.

Not all the facilities listed on the website of Booking were available (like the bath, the mini-bar/fridge). They provide a coffee machine but not the cups that fit under the machine. The sink of the bathroom wasn’t flushing properly. The room was overlooking a parking space which I wouldn’t qualify as city view…

We attended the Salon de la Lingerie - great location just 5 minutes walk to the trade fair. Perfect services, nice and helpful staff, comfortable room with all necessary equipment. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely come again.

It was quite cold in the bathroom and we did not find any heating there.
