The ladies in the reception (the Qbaili lady, she was super nice )

First of all the room is tooooo small. The toilet !!! you can barely move inside the toilet!!!There was no water provided not even a one bottle when arrived to the room !! no coffee machine, no hair dryer ! Nooo tissue, all you have is toilet paper!There is no cabinet or enough space where you can put your luggage!The sink is too small ! To be honest and Im always honest in my reviews, It doesn’t worth the money ! It’s far from the city and all you get is a tiny room where you can barely move inside!

They took the payment twice...

They are scammers. We stayed for one night, and now they're trying to withdraw money from our card every day. We've contacted the authorities.

The building was very secure. The rooms were large and clean. I loved the building, very beautiful inside.

Wish it was a little closer to all the sites.

The room was clean. The hotel is accessible by road veey easily. The staff were very friendly. The place was next door to a tran station.

The room was very tiny. Barely space to walk around. Some early morning coffee/tea setup would’ve been very helpfull.

The staff were super friendly, 5 stars to all of them.

The parking was announced as 12 per day in booking but was charged 15. We only had one small towel on day 1. The food was available, which saved our evening when arriving very late, but 12 EUR for a frozen pizza that was cooked so quickly that the bottom was burned (charcoal/unhealthy) is too much.

Excellent location, great transport links. So easy to get to other places. Tram line just outside, close to bollangerie, an excellent cafe and food joints.

The location was perfect for us lowkey but easliy accessabile to transport to get in and out of the cityThe bedroom was very compact and exactly what we expected and very clean

Understandingly itsa budget hotel but some cups or glasses would of been nice to have

Looks small but has a lot of room. Very safe. Nice reception. Accessible. Perfect location. Clean. Right outside a bakery and supermarket and pharmacy.

The rooms had no microwave nor kettle.

No proper hot water heater not working and lift not working I had to climb 6 floors

Close to the T2 and rer station and is sufficient for tourists . No frills hotel with good eateries nearby

Cost was too high for what you get .

Basic room and facilities but very clean and the bed was excellent, very comfortable. Convenient location for my needs.

No complaints at all.

Hotel overall was great. Breakfast was brilliant, cleanliness and staff were good. The room was very small however we knew that upon booking and what time expect. Given we only used it for sleeping it was fine for what we needed. 2 adults and 2 children in the double room with a bunk bed. The kids (8 & 10) topped and tailed in the bunk bed with no issues.

Disappointing

It was too small, the breakfast was too simple, it’s not clean, and the construction noise is too bad

The place is near the tram but not noisy, the staff are very polite, the beds are comfy and the towels are changed and the room cleaned daily. The only thing i want to advice is to change the cheese every day so that a customer who stays a long week does not get bored specially if he does not eat charcuterie. I would prefer also adding fresh fruit that could be turned to juices instead of compote. But i will come again when i visit definetly

Beds were comfy, 3 stops on train from Eiffel Tower, easy check in and out, bar and restaurant downstairs although didn't use.

Woken up at 9am by drilling we weren't warned about

The staffs were helpful and cooperative.

The lift was not functioning well. Foods were simple.

We loved the location and we had a nice big terrace in room 710! Parking and breakfast is at a good price compared with other hotels we've stayed in Paris! We would definitely use the hotel again and would absolutely recommend it! The staff was also lovely and helpful! Ohh, and right in front of the hotel is a very, very nice Boulangerie! Yam, yam!
