Pros +
- that I had a room
- Clean
- It worth. It is clean, near the metro and bus station.
Cons -
- It was advertised that there was a pool which was the reason I booked there it was the only thing my son asked for on that part of the trip. I was so distraught that when we arrived there was no pool as advertised.
- Coffee is charged one time, so if you stay in the hotel more than one or two days, you have to buy it from hotel or supermarket
- Miscommunication, they said parking was free but not, drainage was blocked in shower and sink. Door to balcony don’t locks, open when windy

Good location

The staff was horrible, they change receptionists every day and night. We had the worst receptionist. They did not give me 3 single rooms, but a double and a single. When I asked for it to be fixed (for the two beds to be separated) they said someone would come fix it, no one did. I slept with a mattress straight on the floor for 4 nights… The first night of our stay, that horrible receptionist was having a horrible day herself, the alarm was activated in the whole building, all because she didn’t report a small beep in the beginning. EVERYONE left their rooms, some naked, some barefoot, it was a fiasco. Additionally, the cards did not last any of us 3 staying in the room more than a day, imagine having to come back down every evening because your room card wasn’t working. EVERY EVENING. Another thing that happened on the last and final day was that the thingy we use to weigh suitcases in the hall, WAS NOT WORKING. Overall, horrible stay, horrible customer service. I do not recommend.
Nice and quiet place suitable for families. Car Parking area is private to the hotel and effortless for people who travels with car. Personnels were really kind and helpful. Breakfast is not the best but fine enough.
Car Parking area was a bit expensive. Room heating system is not so good in winter season, during cold nights it gets a bit annoying. But we used our own small heater device and the room was good.
Location was good. Breakfast is nice, kids don't pay. 19 eur for adults.
Staff was nice but didn't help with taxi, and things that are not directly related to the hotel, like questions about paris, transportation, etc .In our room the kitchen outlet didn't work, and the kitchen synk leaked.
Breakfast and coffee were wonderful
Toilet has bad odour Location far away from attracting locations
Bad experience
We had very bad experience. the staff of the hotel was very very rude and non cooperative. My wife got stuck in the lift for 20mins and nobody came until she shouted and screamed very loudly. The staff didn't cared and their behavior was very unprofessional. We requested an early check in as we had a small baby with us but they refused very rudely and made us wait for 3 hours in the cold lobby of the hotel.
Nothing. Horrible place not even 1 star.
Just simply stay away. Very dirty and unhygienic place.I checked in and with in few minutes moved to another hotel. There's nothing like the pictures. Rooms are very outdated and dirty. Found roaches in one of the 2 rooms I booked. Loged the complaint to the hotel manager and he refused to provide me with the refund. I had to call and send multiple emails to the hotel afterwords but no reply. Had to visit this dirty place agin to get the parking money back. Horrible place with unethical staff. Again just stay away and save your money and time
The room was spacious, met with the facilities we were looking for. Very secure car parking.Good location.
We reported the reception twice about water not draining out from wash basin, they said they will send the plumber but no one came for fixing it till we vacated(4 days stay).Hair dryer + towel rail was not working.Main bed was good, but sofa bed was very rough.Room was not super clean but manageable.
Size of apartment and small kitchen. Lobby foosball.
The mattress cover was plastic. Our A/C didn’t work. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We asked desk staff to look into it for 3 days and no results.
Close proximity to metro, a small terrace beside the room was nice to have, foosball table and table tennis was also a good entertainment for kids
Cleaning is at a charge, additional towels are at a charge, first experience for us like that..
We loved how active the property was with families. He loved its location to so many dinning and shopping options as well as transportation
We had a room that was lacking some of the offered accommodations. We didn’t have a bench for our dinning table or a knob on our mirrored closet we had lot of rust stains on our counters in the kitchen and a guest next door smoked offen.
Very clean facilities, room all good, friendly staff. Great choice when traveling with kids.
I am giving this review, particularly the front desk staff member, Daniel, a huge positive approval rating even though we did not end up staying here! Through some sort of booking.com glitch, perhaps combined with our credit card getting blocked by our bank around this time because we were traveling, the booking did not go through to the hotel. There were no rooms actually available. Because in part of a Eurostar accident and cancellation of all trains that evening, there were no rooms available either at that hotel or anywhere in Paris or Versailles that I could find for my family of 5 despite hours of searching. I did these searches between midnight and 3 a.m. in the hotel lobby. The entire time, Daniel was helpful and gracious. And he also, for a significant portion of that time, was calling other places and contacts to look for other places for us! I would have left a positive review for him and this hotel because of this effort, but to top it off, he actually did find us a hotel that had enough vacancy to accommodate us. This was an option that we never would have discovered in our own through online research, because I do not speak French and I do not know the area.
Overall unpleasant stay.
The room they gave had a foul odor coming from the toilet and the AC was broken. When we requested to have our room changed the lady at the reception told us there was no room available and we just had to deal with it WITHOUT checking the desktop first. After a few hours we went back to request again now with a different receptionist and there were available ROOMS after all. The hotel tries to be eco friendly hence AC was not enough for the summer heat even for us coming from a tropical country. In addition, we came to the room with the glasses, mugs, and pans placed in the cabinet but was VERY OILY WITH HAND PRINTS AND PREVIOUS FOOD RESIDUES still on them.
The only thing I liked was that the staff tried their best and was helpful.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE THEY HAVE NO AC ITS ONLY A VENTILATION FAN. The room temp was 26/27C during night and we slept sweating without blankets. Horrible horrible horrible one of the worst places I stayed. The first room the electricity outlets were coming out of the wall and then the toilet is TINY
We stayed at the Tour Eiffel location, the one bedroom apartment rooms are well equipped, they have everything you need, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, view of the Eiffel Tower, great if you want to book somewhere where you can cook, there is a couple of supermarkets very close by and a bus stop just in front of the hotel
There is no room service, you have to pay extra for washing 7euro for washing clothes and 4 for drying, baggage storage is not free either
It is good value/price place , with 2 metro lines in about 1 km -- M8 and M12.
Air Conditioning had some issue when temperature outside was 27+ it was barely working, at was just my room.
