Breakfast was amazing. Very attentive and helpful staff. Location was perfect - just a few steps from the Metro Station.

The shower enclosure only covered 1/2 of the tub. It was difficult not to get the floor all wet.

Superior room not as expected, tired decor. Bathroom small, shower faulty and smelled of drains. Bed had lights screwed to headboard that you either hit your head or knocked the switches during the night waking us up. Got moved to another room which was even smaller with no offer of refund for the downgrade and inconvenience.

Coffee machine

Booked a twin room, given a double. When we asked for an additional duvet so we didn't have to share, we were given a stained old blanket with no cover (see photos). On booking we asked to reserve a parking space, which we were told was not an option, however, when we arrived we were told we should have reserved a space and that the car park was full.

The place of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Issy-les-Moulineaux but it was not noisy at all. Staff was really helpful and kind during my stay. Cleaning has taken place every day and bathroom is lately renovated and nice.

Unfortunately, the buliding is pretty old and the style of the rooms is a bit out dated. As half of the shower is open, man need to take care not to get water outside. Room had signs of previois soaking from above as the wall was swollen and some parts already fallen down because of the above mentioned. Overall cleaning was OK but maybe using water-vacuum cleaner would vanish the stains from the carpet. Room safe did not work.

Very large selection of cheeses, eggs, cakes, jams, bread etc available for breakfast. Small croissants and drinks available at all times.Hotel very clean throughout. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

One recurring thing in many Paris hotels is that sound insulation isn’t the best - when people or staff slam another door, you’ll hear it nice and loud in your room. That being said, it wasn’t too terrible at this hotel.

The location is very good as its close to metro and it was always clean with helpful and friendly staff.

It’s located very close the the metro station and has a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and still stays quite enough. Worth mentioning that this particular metro line doesn’t have a greatest connection to the main landmarks. It has underground parking garage suitable for smaller/mid size cars.

The hotel was nice. The room was confortable with a nice space to work. It is located near to the metro, but far from the city centre. It is very close (15 minutes walking) from the Paris Sante Campus.

Leaving

I'd strongly advise anyone to avoid this property - there were loud noises and cleaning (vacuuming which we could literally hear from the rooms above us) until past 3am on the second night of our stay as well as banging coming from around the corridors throughout the night.When we tried to speak to someone about the issue while still at the hotel, we were told that the manager wasn't available and we were given a card with a contact email in order to send our complaint over.They then reached out via automated message on Booking.com asking for feedback and a review, I explained the situation and requested a refund for the second night as our stay had been extremely disrupted. I was advised to send an email - which I did. This email and all subsequent emails were ignored.I messaged again within Booking.com asking for someone to reply to me ASAP. Someone then replied calling me 'Sir' and asking 'what do you need from us?' and claiming to have received no email.I replied asking them to check their spam folder, also advising that the outline of the issue was above in the message trail. Someone then replied with a message which included this statement:"Please be assured that your refund request has already been forwarded to the appropriate department, and it will be processed as soon as possible."A week later, I asked for an update as no refund had been received. I then chased two further times over the next three days, before finally getting a response from 'Hugo', saying that they refused to provide a refund.After several more back and forth messages with Hugo, including him asking why we didn't say anything while we were still at the property (which, as mentioned above, we did) he still refused to provide any sort of refund and even suggested that he could offer me a 'great rate' on a future stay - which I found rude and rather ignorant.

The hotel is nice and clean, beds are comfortable, wifi works well. Staff is nice.

The room was rather dark and it lacks any wardrobe.
