I asked them 10 times over an invoice, but still didnt receive it. I need it for the accoutning, for company. Maybe on this way they will react on my messages.

Staff was always very pleasant to deal with and solved straight way my problems.

The hotel is passing for refurbishing so still some things are missing like a katel, tea and coffee.

Bad experience ever

We came back to hotel room at 3 in the morning from weekend night out tired & sleepy so at 8 in the morning that too on Saturday the construction work started right next to our hotel room with too much noise so after that couldn’t sleep until the checkout time. P.s the double bed was also so uncomfortable & was shaking and moving even if we were slightly turning around or changing the sides during the sleep!

Staff are ok and helpful. Room is clean

Room was too cold throughout, no air conditioner or heater (heater is there but control removed). TV not working. No restaurant. Room too small. The painting and look of the room not good

1-The WiFi is not working2-They didn’t mention that the don’t have fridge3-They didn’t mention that they are in the innovation phase

Staff were really nice. I have been coming here for years and i was sad to see the old management had sold up. However I am pleased to report Aero Club is in good hands, Wasim and Hamza were really helpful and nice on reception, room was cleaned daily. Room is simple but clean and excellent value for the price paid. Location is excellent. I'll be back!

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is perfectly fine!

We made the reservation with parking included because it was very important to us, and it was already calculated in the price. However, when we arrived, we were asked to pay an additional €15 per day, as they said the conditions had changed. In fact, that should not be our concern since we booked with parking. Therefore, I can say this was extremely unfair and unprofessional.

A lot of bus stations and a convenience shop as well as a gas station near the hotel, ideal for public transportation

Weird smell from bathroom.We had to close the door all the time. Basic stuff like hair dryer were not available in the by default and had to be asked at the reception. When I asked for a hair dryer one of the receptionist didn’t speak english (only minor inconvenience). Walls and doors seems to be very thin and you can hear other guest Also no cleaning of the room while we were out, there is no such thing as “do not disturb” or “please clean room” shield

Very friendly staff, hotel easy to reach by public transport. But rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the neighbours talking on normal volume and windows towards the street don't really block the sound either. Carpet on the floor worn out. But ok for a short stay

The room is so small ,cold ,strong smell from cleaning products,dusty ,toilet seat is not stable ,and noise from the streets .

Stains on carpet. Bad odour in the room. Not even a hotel its a pub with rooms upstairs. They are using a fake name actual name is aero club hotel whether actual aero hotel is located within proximity of Eiffel tower. Just a marketing gimmick to attract more customers.
