The staff was AMAZING!I encountered some problems during my stay and all of the staff went above and beyond to help me solve them.

Horrible

I left a comment on the 25 of January to h^@accor.com. I think I left 2 weeks to repond to me and but it did not happen. My stay here was uncomfortable due to a serious security concern in the room. The situation raised doubts about how personal belongings are protected with a security related concern. All knows what I was talking about. Do not know what the happened there because I was not contacted. Staff was informed, but the experience left me feeling, maybe, uneasy or unhappy. I would advise future guests to be very cautious with valuables. BTW the staff did not provide me with a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. Althoguh I thought of that multiple times, I did not leave any sign of authorizing a matter of room integrity, and the staff member on duty on 24 January was informed of this.

Breakfast was great.Beds and pillows were great, size of the room was good,location also and for me very important, there was quite.

Lack of one or two night stands or one shelf

Breakfast was really good and provided a lot of healthy and great options. The coffee machine and orange juicer were great. Location is right near the metro.

The A/C isn't really an AC unit. It felt cooler but we were often still hot. There was no mini fridge for us to put our daughters baby milk nor any means of heating up any food in a microwave since there wasn't one in the room. Bed wasn't made nicely, and I think it was missing a sheet or the sheets weren't hanging onto the bed. It would come off and was thin bed covers.

Tasty breakfast, good location: near metro, food store, friendly stuff, clean rooms. Quiet and calm.

There is no kettle in room.

We arrived in the morning, they allowed us to drop down my baggage and parked my car before check-in

Close to metro, perfect match if you consider price/performance.

Not so close to city center but public transport makes easy connection

I got bitten by bedbug and it was horrible. And i asked for compensation and the manager gave only the charge for the medicine that i got from pharmacy. And the attitude from manager and the staff was really bad!! They didnt even say sorry or we will take more care of room or sth.

Hi there the room was fine breakfast was perfect value for money.

On our entry the reception staff was not helpfull at all too busy on there phones one word answers just chatting among them selfs very rude The morning staff in kitchen were very helpfullReception very rudeThe night before we stayed in Ibis in Tours the whole experince start to finsh was perfect.Very nice and helpfull staff.

Shower/ toilet was a good size.

More choice needed for breakfast. Coffee machine wasn't working on the Friday.

Location, breakfast and clean

Reception staff is not welcoming, we stayed 4 days and met 3/5 different Reception staff all were non smiling non friendly, Reception should have best of customers support and ethical people, please put them all in training to be welcoming and smiling

Hotel is located very near to the metro station. Room was spacious and comfy. Hotel staff was also very nice.

Really good location to the metro and about 30 minutes from Central Paris. Residential area with some nice parks and shops.

A bit hilly in places. Forgot it was August and some shops and restaurants closed for August.

I liked the breakfast there. Also the location was more or less nice.

The room wasn’t big enough. From the image it appeared like the room is big, but in reality it wasn’t.
