    Pros +

    • The location is quiet and serene, even in the cold of winter.
    • the area is very quiet and peaceful. There’s also an outdoor space with a garden where children can play.Although the breakfast didn’t have many options and was quite limited, the croissants and eggs were excellent — fresh, tasty, and well-prepared.
    • The staff were friendly and welcoming.

    Cons -

    • I booked the spa two days in advance, assuming it included a massage. The staff never asked follow-up questions, gave conflicting instructions between receptionists (being told to book directly at spa and then having someone else accept my spa request right at the front desk). During check in, my credit card didn’t work, it took a long time for her to suggest a cash deposit, adding unnecessary stress when I was already exhausted after a long flight. Customer service was unhelpful and one of the receptionists had a bad attitude. Completely disappointing for a five-star hotel.
    • The hotel is quite far from the Champs-Élysées, and it costs us a lot for transportation
    • The housekeeping wasn’t okay for a 5-star hotel: 1. Had to ask for our shower gel and shampoo bottles to be refilled as they were empty when we checked in. 2. The shower towel wasn’t clean in one of the nights (there were lint and hair) - had to ask for a new one by phone. 3. They don’t refill the glass water bottles - had to ask for a new one by phone. 4. They don’t refill the paper tissue box at the bathroom - had to ask for a new one by phone. 5. Bathroom and toilet floors aren’t wiped daily. The shower/bath tub bottom is very slippery, which can be dangerous. I wish there were handles inside the bath tub to feel safe when moving around or entering/exiting the bathtub. I slipped twice while exiting the bathtub - the second time, my toe nails brushed through the drain hole and got cuts with little bleeding. There was no trash bin in the room; only in the toilet and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was okay but does not offer a wide range of food.

Wonderful hotel! The transfer was perfectly organized, I was greeted at the hotel, given all the necessary information, and personally escorted to my room! The restaurant is excellent! The view of the Eiffel Tower is simply fantastic. I’m absolutely thrilled!

Only once was the room not cleaned very well. And on one evening, probably a new staff member at the restaurant took a long time to find the table reservation I had made before, but a more experienced colleague quickly sorted it out. These small shortcomings did not spoil the overall impression.

It's a nice modern hotel with a nice indoor pool and sauna. The room service is not great , not a lot of choice and it's expensive. The junior suite in the main building is pretty great. A lovely view, a huge tv, a modern spacious bath. The sink was of poor quality. The location is outside of Paris, 25 min trip to the center. Some staff is very nice and some are rude.

Look above. Room service and room.service staff with one man very rude

The staff are fantastic here and the hotel is amazing. Food was also fantastic.

Booked a junior suite but the one i got. Room 9 did not have a nice view unlike my last stay where a normal rooms have a fantastic view. So paid more for the room but felt let down.

Liked the freshness of the room/hotel, very clean/tidy given it's relatively new, good view across the city, especially of the Eiffel Tower in the day/night, as per the attached photos

    Service from staff was mixed

Lovely new hotel, with excellent facilities, including a lovely spa, would recommend an upgrade to the 'Chapel suite'if you can, so much space, and a very unique experience.

    Service was a bit mixed

Breakfast was superb ! Top class hotel.

Fitness is below par. Couple of dumbbells, no cable equipment. Disappointing.

Seatings somewhat narrow and not so comfortable

I did not eat the breakfast, The facility was beautiful the rooms are different for my taste. The bathroom is seperate from the shower which for me is a little inconvenient because I am a Dr and washing my hands is habit so going into another room to do the task was daunting. The room color is a bright yellow not exactly the color scheme I would choose for a bedroom.. I would actually love to redecorate the rooms to make it more of a breathtaking experience. The Staff is truly amazing very attentive to all needs.

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff, charming small SPA, delicious breakfast.

I was having very important package with me, that I needed to keep frozen. I asked staff for the possibility and they confirmed they are ready to help. I asked several times to confirm it will be kept in freezer (temperatures below zero), not refrigerator. Despite this I received it back half melted and I needed to bin it. As a result I lost many hours of my work and significant sum of money I invested to be able to transfer the package appropriately. The receptionist assured me it was kept in freezer, which is obviously not true. This is really dissapointing for a 5* hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. The location was good. About a 15min uber ride to main attractions. It was difficult to walk close and get lunch. Restaurants closed at different times. Once we got the hang of the schedules, it was great.

Not much. It was a great property. There's an adorable bar on the property, but it was closed most of the time, and when it wasn't we didn't know you could only enter with a reservation. Nothing major though.

There's a lot to like about Domaine Reine Margot Paris. The location is incredible and serene, the staff are friendly and helpful and the experience was 10/10 definitely visiting again!

The food / breakfast was a bit on the expensive end

Nice, recently renovated hotel in a charming part of Issy Les Moulineaux, tucked away behind a church. Quiet and peaceful. Very helpful staff, good facilities.
