Hotel Luxor

The room was clean and housekeeping tidy rooms and change towels daily during your stay. It’s not luxury but it’s ok and modern enough to feel comfortable. The hotel is pretty close to the metro and buses to take you into Paris . The distance is less than 30 mins travel to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre museum etc.

I still have not received my fully-refundable damage deposit. They charge a deposit of almost 200 euros. I still can’t get back my money. It has been over a week since I left the property.The bathrooms are extremely small and sometimes a horrible odour come up out of the drains. We have to keep the bathroom door closed during our entire stay. Moreover, the shower did not have a shower door or shower curtain. It’s almost impossible to take a shower without getting the very tiny bathroom wet. No clothes iron in the rooms.

I specifically booked this place because it had air conditioning. When I got there the AC "wasn't working." No one apologized, no one informed me when it was going to be fixed. It was difficult to sleep at night.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.. It was convenient with a mart nearby and restaurants that are open till late night (past 12)..Good restaurants within walking distance for breakfast..

No remote for air conditioning and TV in the room.. Probably had to request from reception...

Location near a metro station. Room was comfortable.

You can hear the metro from upstairs but that wasn’t an issue for me.

It was all good. Bathroom was just a littleTight ☺️. But staffs were accommodating and the location was quite good because many food shops were just near. We had a great time

The room itself was passable and clean, with towels provided. Athough the walls were quite thin, ear plugs are advised. The location was good for my purpose

I was automatically charged an extra €75.They told me this was a 'reservation' fee that I would be refunded after I checked out.Months of chasing later and they still haven't responded or refunded me.Absolute scam. Be wary.

Many things were damaged, a lot of noise, you could hear the metro/train passing

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff! Good value for money for short trips!

Minor drawback of the rooms: Paper thin walls - no soundproofing. However this didn’t cause any problems to our stay there.

Location for the exposition center is very good. Just a small walk. Breakfast was good too, nothing fancy, but good.
