Best Western Paris Porte De Versailles

It was close to everything and the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The beds were small, but in Europe it seems they are all like that.

Close to the metro station, in a nice area, clean, friendly staff

Internet didn't work on iPhones, water was never hot, bathroom shower had really hard water pressure and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The room was small.

The location is amazing. It’s very close to the Metro station. Walid at the reception was amazing, and the French lady who manages the breakfast area was exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris

The rooms are great, but a bit on the smaller side

The breakfast buffet was excellent.Staff were really great and helpful. We were able to get into the room early and also they held our luggage for us until we could return for it and head for our train.

Minor problem with the shower that did not require any assistance from staff.

Right near a metro and daily market. Staff are so helpful, especially if you are late back from the festival

Not enough towels

The location worked perfectly. It is a bit far for the city center but very close to the metro and easy to get to. Worth the value. Staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and looked just like the photos.

The rooms are small and it was a bit tight for opening 2 bags, but we were expecting it so it wasn't bad just good to know. Still worth the cost.

Hotel is simple yet effective enough. Good breakfast. Good location near metro station. All you need for a weekend.

I know this is not about the property itself but the amount of emails received were extremely unnecessary.

Great location, felt very safe. Coming in late for City centre and just a 4 min walk to the hotel was great. super helpful staff. Really appreciate providing us with the charging as we didn’t know France use round pin otherwise we couldn’t have had our phones

Close to city center, bars restaurants. Staff is great.

Rooms are not small. Very very small. Twin bed room is like a double bed room. Next to each other. , we couldnt put 2 luggages at the same time. If you put, you can not open bedroom door or out door. Impossible to stay again. In my opinion less then French standarts. Yes rooms are small in Paris but this one is not acceptable for me.

Noise noise noise! Me and my 13 year old son hardly slept for 4 nights. Constant banging during the evening/ night. Not sure if it was water pipes or air conditioning? Plus - every time your neighbour takes a shower or flushes a toilet, it feels like you are in the middle of Niagara Falls. Never been in a hotel so poorly insulated!

Location is very good especially near to the metro station it’s really helpful for us and also staff is good and friendly . Room is very clean and comfortable ❤️

Standard hotel room, comfortable beds, good shower

Walls are very thin. You can hear almost everything what is happening outside hotel, as well as what is happening inside (especially at night time)

Location was great for where I needed to be. Room was very clean

My room faced the front and directly opposite was a metal roller shutter which started going up and down very early in the morning, which was very noisy. Also there was a building site next door with lorries constantly coming and going again very early. Would have been nice for the hotel to have given prior warning of this. Also when I asked at reception if they had a small amount of milk so I could have a hot drink in my room they said no, despite providing breakfast so surely they should have had some milk.

The rooms were always cleaned well .April deserves a special mention and so does Lahiru who called me to let me know they had found an iPhone we had lost.Breakfast was simple but plentiful and good .

Rooms are quite small but that is typical for Paris hotels.
