Novotel Suites Paris Issy Les Moulineaux

Very clean and the room, deluxe suite queen bed with a sofa bed, is extremely large and enough space for 3 people. Large bathroom and shower. The central air conditioning works well and everything is exceptionally clean. The toiletries provided are great.

The hotel is kinda far from the main attractions about 30 minutes away. The breakfast is ok but kinda pricey for what is offered but if you are in a rush definitely the breakfast is good enough.

The staff here was amazing. Very friendly and helpful with directions and recomendations.

The elevator broke several times. With us having handicap people in our party this made it rough going up and down the stairs. I also wish they would have given us a set of instructions about the lights and the power, and how they work.

Very clean and modern hotel. Free WIFI. Business district but still a good location. Subway (restaurant) across the street, grocery within a 5 minute walk (closed on Sunday). Train station across the street. Had a great stay and would stay there again.

I didn't like to wasn't walking distance to any of the sights and it was outside of the city paris

Rooms were big, clean, ample supply of water everywhere. Service was great

Breakfast could have more variety, room temperature couldn't be adjusted, not sure why the bathroom didn't have a lock when though the toilet did

The bath tub didn’t drain the water it took 8 hours for water to start draining down the hole.

Clean and the rooms were big

The receptionist on the evenings, two ladies but the blonde one was super rude. Terrible way of treating customers. She was there the 2 days of my stay, absolutely rude and horrible

it is literally next to the train station. very convenient. the room design is also very functional. i liked it a lot!

it's a tad far from the city centre but i get the peace and quiet. wish there were more eateries nearby though.

breakfast staffs do not smile. Maybe because they’re busy but they should at least be accommodating.

Their service is good, especially the kitchen staff at breakfast. Room was clean I like that

The room was spacious.The hotel was quiet, with no noise coming from the street.

That the internet was very poor.At night, I could hear the sound of water pipes from the bathroom, which does not have a door separating it from the room.

The clean rooms and parking is a +Bedroom - studio for 3 are very good

The artificial perfume dispenser in the main entrance would need to be switch off as it is nearly impossible to stay in the lobby. Burning throat!Staff at the desk is nice but would need to speak better english or french to avoid misunderstanding when checking in or out.

The suite for 3 was very good and confortable.Parking is a plus

The behavior of front office staff was not nice not the everyone . Especially the African lady she was rude, we had stayed manytimes before with Novotel in different part of countries first time experienced such rough lady. Service industry the front office staff have major role, all customers would like smiling faces in front line..
