    Pros +

    • Ease of checking in and located within a 10 minute walk to the tram and metro(7-port d'Italie). Clean and spacious rooms with bathtub. Friendly bilingual staff.
    • aLa situation de l'hotel, l'amabilite du personnel, la proprete et les bons petits dejeuners
    • Three hotel was walking distance to a metro that was on a good line. The staff was nice. The sheets were clean.

    Cons -

    • There was some noise outside with the window open. Easy fix for that was to close said window.
    • L'impossibilite d'ouvrir la fenetre de la chambre 518 (poignee Cassee) en debut de soiree et le matin apres la toilette. J'ai manque d'air frais, impression d'etouffement.
    • There was lots mold, and the a/c didn't work at all (and the hotel was built to need a/c so it was hot).

the staff is really friendly and concerned about the customer experience

    6RomnickPosted on: 9-9-2019

Some staff took an extra step to understand our need as a tourist.

The stuff doesn't seem to know what customer service means specially the that checked us in.

    The location was great

The staff were not helpful. The heating did not work our first night so we had to switch rooms for the rest of our stay. The room was not cleaned regularly. There was no soap for the hands.

Honeslty If i needed to stay more than one night I would have change the hotel

Very bad staff, I don't understand, I specified that I arrive between 7 and 8 pm, I arrived at 11 pm and still had to wait for the room key, also need to pay a 150euros guarantee, this wasn't mentioned anywhere, neither on the website nor did the hotel send a message before to inform about this. I am sorry but even 4 stars hotels in Sweetzerland don't take any guarantee on the credit card. Also the checkout is so slow, so so slow. I don't get it, is the staff not used to work quickly, it's either they're managing two people at the same time, or asking each other how to do this or that, couldn't even add the company name on my bill and wrote it by hand. The breakfast, so poor for 13 euros. Really few options and not even fresh coffee or milk are served. Disappointed.

Everything went OK, this is a functional hotel in a convenient location for the Kremlin Bicêtre campus.Located very close to the péripéhrique, but well sound proofed.

The neighbourhood completely lacks charm, and I didn't find a good place to eat nearby

    3MauricioPosted on: 9-27-2022

close to many shops and supermarkets

In the check in, the guy in reception do not gentil with us, don’t want to explain anything about the place. we did the check in past midnight, so fly was delayed.

No soundproofing, staffs not really helpful.

It's quite cheap and clean. Close to the metro.

The room is very small, so a bit hard to open luggages, but you get what you paid for.

24 hour concierge and decent location

Checkout stated 12pm however cleaners knocked us up at 11 to get out, gave us keys to a room someone else was staying in, replaced these keys with another set someone was staying in, third time we finally got an empty room. Upon checkout they tried to say we hadn’t paid for the room when we paid on arrival and paid cash.

I really liked the staff. Especially the lady at the reception. Her name was Anicc (Polish origin). Otherwise the hotel is clean. All good.

Entrance to the garage. Too tight.I scratched the rims.Besides, it's okay.

    4AndrewPosted on: 7-18-2022

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located about 600m to the closest metro station.

It took very long to get served at the front desk and the staff weren't very friendly. The cost of parking a car in the hotel's parking lot was way overpriced.

    3JessicaPosted on: 7-15-2022

the general cleanliness of the room was fine, the bedding and towels clean.

at check in, the staff were helpful if a little hostile, the room was small and shabby, the air conditioning barely worked and was excessively loud. there was mould in the bathroom and around the window. the towels were small with some stains. the cleaners also came around very early which wasnt appreciated on some days. we were also asked to pay 150 per room as a "deposit" even though the rooms were fully paid for and this was never stated at the time of booking. overall the hotel was clean to sleep in, but not comfortable enough to spend any other time in there.

We needed a hotel in Paris next to the highway because we were passing through by car. The location in that regard is excellent. It was very clean and the bed was comfy. It has parking and it is located 3 blocks away from Metro station Porte d’Italie.

Well as a French hotel, always difficult to find English speaking staff. The shower was broken, I had to hand held it all the time because I couldn’t fix it at a certain height. The parking spaces are generous, but the entrance and exit was a nightmare. So narrow and very badly designed. Not recommended for big cars.

Staff were helpful and tried to ensure I was happy and fed when I needed to eat.

Room felt tired and like it needed TLC (was clean, just needed a kick off paint!)

Window facing the highway and a red light I was expecting a very noisy night. To my surprise there was no noise whatsoever and I slept like a baby!

Staff is not giving a friendly service. They don’t greet you when you come in and out and give the bare minimum in terms of assistance. However, they do their job.
