Novotel Paris 13 Porte D Italie Hotel

Very little.

Staff spoke very little English. Room service is terrible. Location is awful. During the entire stay the hotel telephones did not work.

Location, onsite underground parking.

No AC during our stay.

Very disappointed NOVOTEL Paris 13 Porte d'Italie.

When I booked Novotel on Mar 12 2025 with Booking.com and all informations on line was fine. But when we checked in and realize NOVOTEL HAD NO A/C AND THIS IS 4 STARS HOTEL. NOVOTEL IS NOT A 2 STAR MOTEL/HOTEL. I booked Novotel by it name and I use Novotel in the past and referral to my friends. The front desk told us A/C is/Was out of service! It take them forever to repair A/C?? They gave us a key to unlock our room window to get fresh air? Our room was right next to the highway and always busy traffic and noise and dusty. They also gave us a stand fan and the room temperature was hot/humid. I am very and very disappointed NOVOTEL. I checked in April 2025 Booking.com review and customers also complained the same issues (NO A/C)-BADNOVOTEL SHOULD PUT WE Have No A/C in BOLD on All Agencies WEBSITEs and they will see the result that NOone will book their room!

The rooms were all unbearably hot. We went out and bought a fan and ours was still too hot. There is no way to control the temperature on a room by room basis, and staff claims there is nothing to be done. The temperature is set by the hotel. While the room is stifling, the heat continues to stream from the vents. Ridiculous. Apparently, this is the number one complaint about this hotel, going back years.

Worst experience. (1) No lock for WCC room.(2) No lock for the bathroom.(3) Room is hot for some reason - when we turned on the AC, no help at all - warm air comes out of the A/C. By midnight 12am we all woke up sweating, though the temperature outside was around 10 degrees - but the room was like a furnace. Felt restless after a long day outside. Someone from the hotel came and opened the window to get some cold air - but it turned too noisy (as it was open)(4) The sofa bed is in pathetic state - mattress is full of wobbles and unshaped - this adds more restlessness and body pain. (5) Breakfast menu was same all the days - we stayed 5 nights in this property. Complete disaster!

Room was not clean properly. Windows couldn’t be open (it’s locked). Was struggling to sleep at night as there was no air in the room. Air conditioning wasn’t working either

The rooms are really clean, good quality bathroom.

Breakfast was terrible- the personnel didn’t have it under control. People were waiting 10 to 15 min to get a piece of baguette, no water, the first day no cutlery on the table- and no one to be seen. The next days we came with our own bread??‍♀️. I think either it’s poor management or not enough personnel- or both. The scrambled eggs were so mushy, never seen that before..If you know you have a lot of people between 8 and 9 (and not all of the tables were full btw)you prepare extra in the kitchen and don’t wait for everything to be gone - because it’s gone in 4 minutes. You cannot bring frozen pancakes for the children that were already waiting for 15 minutes- you prepare that upfront. You know how much guests you have in your hotel.. For us Novotel group unworthy..

Roomy underground carpark.Very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of choice and good quality breakfast buffet. Quick service and good food for dinner.Well situated for travelling (easy access to the A6 South bound.

Upon registering it would be useful to offer 2 key cards to a travelling couple and to indicate that to use one of the lifts, no key card is required. Two small details: No brush in the WC and no sachets of cream for the early morning coffee in the bedroom…..

room standard was very high, very clean and location for what we needed was excellent

breakfast was ok, but at peak times, the choice was limited since staff struggled to keep everything topped up, for example the cups for the tea and coffee kept running out

Clean room, confortable bed, good variety at breakfast, many restaurants in the vecinity, 8 minutes to metro station, parking right under the hotel, windows don't open at all but very good ventilation even for allergies, AC works well.

Small space in the parking so very hard to get in and out.

New facility, clean room, comfy beds.. friendly staff.The soundproofing in rooms is superb , we slept nice all nights we stayed

Breakfast is ok, little more variety would be nice and change menues by days, also bigger plates and more cutlery would be a must for 4* hotel , withh lot of seasoning and spices optiongs soses,meet ect .It would be nice to have windows that can open. For ventilation purposes if anything..

The location is convenient, close to metro and bus which will take you in 20-30 min to city center, and the main attraction points.The size of the rooms is decent, with 2 kids. The rooms are clean, the personnel is helpful. parking is s strong point when arriving by car. Breakfast is decent and you can find some good things to start the day with.

The breakfast might add a little bit of diversity, considering this is a 4 star hotel. The personnel in the area should pay more attention when the plates are not available anymore. The heat in the room can be an annoying factor. Toilet brush availability is a must in this century....;)

As we were expecting the location was close to metro and lots of restaurants

All 5 days of our stay the main lobby was under refurbishment. All 5 days we were having breakfast with the noise and smell of paint, dust on the table. No apologies from the staff.In general we havent seen even one member of staff smiling..

Some work was going on thier so some drill sounds are keep coming
