    Pros +

    • Staff, very courteous, and helpful.
    • Rooms were clean and staff at front desk was friendly
    • Room was clean , facilities is good.Everything was fine.

    Cons -

    • I wish they could offer clean towels every day!
    • My experience was horrible. The room was very tiny, I cannot imagine having more than one person in that 3 bed room. The bathroom fits only one thin person and toiletries are not provided, so bring your own soap. The linens were clean and the front desk staff courteous. Metro station is 15 minutes walk. The neighborhood was fine, no issues. Next door there is a restaurant inside Sofitel Hotel. I have not seen another place to eat near the hotel. I ended up getting severely injured from that bunk bed that they put above the pillow of the queen bed below. So when I tried to go to sleep on my pillow, I bumped very hard on the wood upper bed and ended up with minor concussion. Had to go down to get ice, asked to be moved, and was moved to a handicapped room which was larger, but no shower curtain or door, so when you shower, water goes all over the floor, toilet and sink, and danger to walk on that wet sleepery floor. Of course, there were no towels either for the soaked floor. I ended up shortening my Paris trip by 2 days (was supposed to stay there 3 nights), and left next morning (which cost me a hefty change ticket fee), but I had a bad headache and was not feeling well with a large protruding bump on my forehead. I had not had a change to eat breakfast either, Overall, I will never stay at an Ibis Budget hotel, I was told that there are identical. I stayed at IBIS before and it was fine, but not IBIS BUDGET with these bunk beds right above your pillow.

    It was cheap.

Small, dirty, the staff didn't know where it was.

Everything was really good, the rooms are small, but comfy and clean, good air conditioner. Breakfast was the best part. The staff is nice. You can go to many places if you walk on the avenue. There is a subway station nearby

Our view was of the highway, but it wasn't too bad

    Clean rooms

Not flexible and doesn’t understand the situation with my child. Poor attention

A good place to stay in Paris, clean, confortable and great breakfast

the location is a little bit far from the main attractions, and the shower ins't the best one

We were very pleased with over all experience. Very pleasant & helpful staff at reception, easy check-in, very easy to park. The breakfast was amazing.

very simple hotel, room very small for 2 people with small luggage, but great value for money. Breakfast was ok, room very clean and shower comfortable.

because the walls are very thin, we could hear people in the corridor, laughing in the other rooms or talking. Only 2 small pillows available.

The staff from the reception were very kind and helpful.

There was a small window with a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower but to bad it was so dirty that ruined the will to look outside. The room is so small,I don't think it takes more that 5 minutes to clean it.I really think you should do something with the hand soap, because it's really weird to go into the shower to grab some just to wash your hands.

I liked the price for the most part.

We had a 3 person room and they didn’t make one of our beds, so I didn’t have any bedding to sleep under. “Luckily” it was boiling hot in our room so I didn’t really need any.

    7KseniiaPosted on: 4-25-2025

The room was clean and towels were changed every day.

The rooms are very small, but I didn’t expect them to be bigger. It’s Paris ? no fridge, at least a small one. That would be helpful.

    2DahliaPosted on: 4-23-2025

The staff at the reception was the only good thing about this hotel. I was able to get a refund with no questions asked.

I found a used sanitary pad in my bed. We had to chance room and the other room had a default sink: the water ran on the floor everywhere. The bed and size room was extremely small. The bunk beds are not made!!! You have to fo your own bee.

    8NATHANPosted on: 4-17-2025

Apneas the air conditioning was not working. As the room was very small, it was very stuffy and we sweated a lot. We notified the reception but they said it wasn’t working. We got very hot during the 4 days of stay. It was very difficult to sleep. The rest was great, very easy to check in and good location

Great budget option for a few nights stay in paris. Clean room every day. Very accessible via a few different metro stations.

We stayed up late packing the night before checkout, planning to sleep until just 1hr before. The staff banged on the door to make sure we were awake about 2hrs before checkout which gave us quite the fright to be honest. I totally understand that they dont want people to oversleep and miss the checkout time but perhaps they could be a bit more gentle with the wake up call in future.

The location was excelent, subway and markets close to hotel. The breakfast was very good as well.

    the bedroom was very cramped

    the price and location

making my own bed after a long day of travelling and very late check in with a young child

    4gaganPosted on: 4-12-2025

Like- The mattress and pillows were good and the staff cleaned it every day. The bathroom was clean too .Dislikes - 1. Food was pathetic ,, there were small ants all over the place. The menu was really bad , with less options and the options available were sevrved in a bad fashion 2. There was no spaces in the room to store my clothes and important stuff ,, 3. Half the coffee machines were not working

Good location close to metro station and Orly airport. Room is small, but cozy and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Pretty poor breakfast without hot food (for example omelette, sausage etc.) Small window with view to the neighbor wall xD

    4JosephPosted on: 4-6-2025

Room temperature is very hot and we’re sweating alots..no A/C and no proper ventilation.. not suitable with children as they will complain.. receptionist is not accommodating at all..
