The hotel good location

The room no air conditioner, the ligthing in the room must be light / tambah terang, no include breakfast,

A reasonably priced, but well-located, hotel. It is not too far from a Line 13 metro stop, which makes it relatively well-connected with the city. The hotel itself had almost everything you would want from a hotel of this type.

Everything was great, but I wish the room had air conditioning. I was lucky to stay there during the milder days of this summer, but I could imagine the rooms becoming very stuffy and hot on a warmer day.

Booked seperate twin bed room, but got a room with two twinbed combined. So we asked for extra bed sheets, but only got a blanket, so i had to sleep on the bed without bedsheets.

The kettle, coffee maker, and iron are all in good condition. The manager of the place is very professional, polite and helpful. The location was a bit far from the place we needed but the area itself is great - it has all you need nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, bus stop etc. Very safe neighbourhood.

One of the receptionists was not professional and friendly enough when we pointed out that the room we were given was not the one we had chosen and paid for. For her, having a wall or not having a wall (physical separation) between the beds did not make a huge difference, which is awkward to start with. She has found the proper room later, which is great; however, some of her comments and the overall attitude were not professional. I used to work in a business hotel, and if she adjusts her attitude towards guests, that would make it a much better place for guests!

The room is small but has all it needs and very clean with a beautiful view

It has a garage and laundry facilities. Breakfast was good and hotel was quiet.

No air conditioning and toilet was difficult to empty…took many flushes.

This hotel offers great value! It's in a clean area with easy transport access, plenty of eateries, a supermarket, and a bakery nearby – a truly convenient location..

While there's no AC and the pool's always closed, the pros definitely outweigh the cons for a budget-friendly stay

ONLY THE TRAVELS TIME TO REACH The Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Arc de Triomphe , Notre Dame Cathedral, Montmartre WAS MUCH SINCE IT WAS BIT FAR IT TOOK US ALMOST 1/2 HRS BY METRO

The room was spacious with the fold-up sofa bed which was comfortable for two teenagers. The location was great with restaurants and cafes close by and a metro station to get to the centre a short walk away. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and it was really easy to park near by, which we reserved through the hotel.

The breakfast room was very small, it was difficult to get a table in the morning. Also the pool was not as attractive as in the picture.

Was close to metro 13 line for paris and easy to walk home

Location very good for easy access to central Paris via frequent bus and metro services - bus stop only 50 metres from front entrance and metro station 700 metres away. Room very well-equipped for self-catering customers. Comfortable bed. Very quiet room located on top floor at rear of building. Free hot drinks available 24/7. 24 Hour reception.

The shower head was too high to reach for other than very tall people. The microwave was located far too high above ground level for safety with a serious risk of spilling hot liquids onto the user when trying to remove a heated container. The room safe was not secured to the cupboard or the wall so a thief could just carry it out of the room.

The hotel is situated not far from the metro station that will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. There are nice restaurants and shopping options nearby. I enjoyed my stay there.

Great location near the Expo centre. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Access didn't feel very secure with having to walk outside to another first-floor corridor with no locks on the doors. Bathroom was tiny. Rooms could be more sound-proof.

They had nespresso pods when we arrived that was a nice touch

Looked like a hospital, was extremely cold when you come out of the lift and in the corridors there is zero heating. We were in the 6th floor first but it was so cold we had to move to the first floor where it was warmer

The location is good, near the metro station.

It was very cold in the room, the heater helped a little bit, but it was cold anyway. The furniture and facilities are quite old.

The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette that was very useful to make breakfast before exploring Paris. The staff was very friendly. I liked the machine they had which offered good coffee and hot chocolate. The metro is within 5 minutes which was a plus.

The bathroom seemed not as cleaned and the shower gets very slippery. My partner fell in the shower.

everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable. very friendly staff, conveniently located, close to the metro.
