    Pros +

    • This hotel is perfect for a family and very well located, easy access from Montparnasse and to commute via subway. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe. The breakfast is good.
    • The room and hotel were clean
    • Great reception, friendly breakfast room staff. Good parking.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast was not very good. My key card had to be continually reset which was a little frustrating. However after the second date it worked correctly and the staff member was very helpful and accommodating.
    • Room care could have been better: in room 221, the Hand soap dispenser does not work.In room 223, the room cleaning was sometimes done, sometimes not, towels were sometimes exchanged, sometimes, not. The person responsible here was obviously not really caring for what he/she did.We mentioned multiple times that the coffee machine did not deliver the coffee downwards but sideways - the exit pipes need cleaning. But it was not done.
    • Today morning I almost got kicked out from your already opened breakfast room at 6.10AM by an arrogant member of your team shouting that it opens at 6.30AM. When I tried to explain him, that my transfer arrives at 6.30, he absolutely did not care and just kept shouting. I am frequently travelling, and so far, I have never experienced anything like this. Flexibility is one thing, I could just have grabbed a coffee and go, but the arrogant style of your employee is absolutely unacceptable. On top of this, rooms are cold, and cleaners turned the heater off again. Please refund me the price of the breakfast at least.

Comfy bed, quiet and access to transportation.

Customer service, mediocre breakfast, lack of appliances in the room ( no hair dryer)

    NO HEATING during the winter

It was winter and there was literally NO HEATING, we asked the guy in the frontdesk to at least give us extra blankets and he told with a smile they couldn't give us extra blankets. We had four freezing nights because of that. The room was unhumanly tiny, and the toilet didn't have a door that separated the smell. There elevator was out of service and we had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor where our room was. The vending machine gaves us the worst coffee of our lifes: only fat with warm water, it had no taste of coffee at all.

    Clean. Well located

No basics available such as water, snacks etc. vending machines accept coins only. No card facilities and no change provided. Would have been good to have a kettle in the room too.

Very friendly, helpful and co-operative staff. All required facilities were there. The experience in this IBIS Budget hotel was much betta than in the rest of Europe. Also their breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties.

The heating facility in the room was a bit poor and can be worked upon.

There's parking available, cosy room, nice buffet breakfast, friendly staff, daily cleaning, exceptional location very close to metro station.

It could be better cleaned, parking was not free, i had to request the cot at the reception after arrival even though i had requested it 3 times beforehands and we had to assemble it ourselves, the blanket of the cot smelled of mold, the showerroom is so tiny and you can barely squeeze yourself inside, let alone shower a baby. I would not recommend the hotel for families with babies and toddles who don't shower on their own.

Nice location, good breakfast, not expensive safe parking.

It was not great to find our room empty at the end of the day and learn what happened only by an additional request to reception. It would be great if it was reported beforehand since the hotel knows my booking contact.

    Straight of the peripherique

Brushing my teeth in the middle of the room no privacy

Very clean and the neighbourhood is really amazing. McD just next to the building. Good place to stay for couple of days

I was able sleep in a room on the night I booked for

Price was premium for a hotel 1.5 hrs walk from Eiffel tower. Taxi driver said my hotel wasn't even in Paris. Too far from cdg airport for a taxi, fare would be over 100 euro. Couldn't even fit in the toilet cubicle.

The breakfast was nice except that you should boil your eggs.ok for 3 nights.the neighborhood was quiet but very safe for late night.the staff was great. The room is realy small,so if ypu travel with laguage keep that in mind.we were only with hand laguage and barely fit in the room

The towels, were realy small and thin, like one we use for face or hair and we only have 3 for 3 people and one for feets.there were no towels for face and hands.the bank bed was'n made so we have to made, but that was written on booking. Thare wasn't hairdryer in the room, you shoul borrow from reception, but if someone take before you, thay can't provide for.it would be nice if thay borrow dryer to someone,to tell him/her that shoul give return after thay finish, not whan they check out.

    Good breakfast

Be prepared to make your own bed, including putting on the sheets. The shower head has very low water pressure. The towels provided are too small to properly dry off after a shower. There was no trash bag in the bathroom bin, which caused an unpleasant smell.

The room was quiet, and the location was peaceful with good transport connections. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The room would benefit from renovation. The separate bathroom and shower felt quite cramped, and unfortunately, we also noticed some mold in the room.

Close to the metro so you can get into the city easily! The place was cleaned and kept tidy.

The rooms are a bit smaller than expected.
