    • NIght view from bar at the top

    Cons -

    • There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the hotel wasn't very clean; it was acceptable, but not the best.the hotel is located far from the city center
    • They're babbling some "eco hype" nonsense to avoid cleaning rooms and change towels.- Irritating and useless staff, especially at the reception. Ignorant behaving and "importance" wannabe act- Rooms small and silly basic, can't be ventilated, with toilet next to the shower and no wall in between-eco indeed- Cold water and lousy pressure, specially in the moring- Carpet in the hallways stinks like a barn.- Breakfast poor and monotonous. Scrambled eggs, one type of cheese and one salami. Degradation for French "well known gourmets". It even happened scrambled eggs were missing, that there were no cutlery nor glasses for water/juice. Pretty disastrously crew there.- Location is convenient only if you're visiting Expo Porte de Versailles. Mid of nowhere otherwise.
    • The Wi-Fi was constantly disconnecting which was very frustrating, they gave me the wrong room number and almost got into an occupied room

breakfast was good value for money, including a fantastic view over Paris (and yes, also the Eiffeltower). Friendliness of the staff was also positive.

I checked in late (00:30) and it took quite a while to find my reservation, which when you arrive at night, tired, is no fun. Then, I entered my room (241) with the electronic key, only to find that this room was already occupied and people were asleep in the bed. This is a serious issue - much more for the people sleeping there than for me - and this should be investigated by the hotel.

The room was actually bigger than we expected, everything was very clean and the view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing.

We'd prefer if we could open the window or have more control over heating.

    Good location & price level.

A lot of technical problem in the room. Breakfast was poor.No windows, Air condition problem. Cleaning must be at least every 2 days instead of every 3 days.

    8HumbertoPosted on: 11-2-2025

The view from the room was what made this stay great. The view with the eiffel tower was amazing.Disclaimer: not all rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower, I requested this room in advance.

The room was too small. Didn’t mind it cause it was just me and my wife but more than 2 people mind become uncomfortable

It was good. Location is perfect, safe neighborhood and it is near to the Metro.

    4JuliaPosted on: 10-10-2025

The rooftop was really nice - view wise. I would say that is the only thing that was worth it for me in regards to the stay.

I understand the rooms are small but they felt a lot smaller than expected. The bathroom smelled like mold. I would recommend having shelfs in the shower and/or on the vanity sink for toothbrushes and such. I wish it was a bit more clear you can get a hairdryer and iron in the lobby. Also better towels or double the towels. After one shower, the bathroom floor was soaked and the one towel we had was done for. No where to dry it out and it didn't help with the horrible smell.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro/bus station, and there are numerous dining options nearby.

For the price of the rooms, they should have facilities like a kettle and glasses so that you can make your own coffee and not rely on the restaurant.

    Hotel is morden and clean

There are no amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator, or vending machines . No stores close by. The room is too small. No ventilation. Price was bit high.

    The breakfast was good

The hotel is far from the station, and if this is your first time in Paris, I would not recommend it. The staff at the reception were very rude, and the woman was talking while looking at me, and I had to wait for 10 minutes for her call to end. Later, another man came and tried to check us in for a very long time, even though we were tired and wanted to go to our room. The lighting in the room was very dim, and the wall was dusty. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The price and quality did not match.

Clean, great Eiffel Tower view, convenient restaurant, wonderful staff.

Amenities were pretty barebones and location was a bit further from the metro than we expected. Not bad if you’re taking the bus but please be aware the closest metro is at least 14 mins walking.

Great hotel, awesome people working there, David and the crew are really helpful.

That they don’t have parking lot for our cars.

    8JuliettePosted on: 8-26-2025

Nice beds and staff very helpful.

Couldn’t figure out how to change the thermostat. The room was too cold which is unusual in France!

    9JenniferPosted on: 8-9-2025

Affordable property, transportation close by, restaurant with a great view, luggage storage, 24 hour reception desk, clean room.

Had to ask for towel/toilet paper; however, staff accommodated. Water dispenser in lobby was always empty.

    7WilliamPosted on: 8-9-2025

The staff at the property were all great. The roof top restaurant (I drank but did not eat) is lovely and has a great view. Having access to a refrigerator and microwave was nice. Clean, roomy shower.

“Shared kitchen” might be an exaggeration. There is no cook top or oven. WiFi is only strong in public spaces. Had to go to the first floor to work or have zoomMeetings. Could barely even stream in the room.

    8ThomasPosted on: 8-4-2025

The view of the tower is totally worth it!!!! The size of the room was really fine and it was well set up for a family. Breakfast was pretty good.

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, maybe from the shower drain. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the door itself was very hard and loud to close. The location felt safe, but it was pretty far from the metro. The bus stop is close, but the schedule was never convenient to get us where we needed to go.
