    Cons -

    • Room is not great, ac not working properly, some tiles in the bathroom are broken.
    • There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
    • The room I stayed in was noisy, and dirty, we found a half eaten orange under the bed, hairs in the bathroom, the sink didn’t drain very well. Check in took a very long time even though this was done online to speed up check in? Will be staying somewhere else next year. Breakfast was incredibly busy and the food wasn’t the best.

Loved the lobby area as has a lovely energy! I had a huge comfortable room.Iron in room Water stations on every floor was fabulous! Location great for Expo

Impossible to order room service Breakfast a little chaotic Rooms a little dated Not many places to eat nearby

    5AndreaPosted on: 10-15-2025

    Book it by mistake, because...

Many people and industry colleagues ended up in this hotel thinking this is the Mercure opposite the Expo. It is actually 15 minutes walking from the Expo. Check twice before booking. Also many rooms do not have a real window. I book a standard room, and the only small window it had was an internal window on the lobby reception area and restaurant. So if you like a room with a window you can open for a bit of fresh air, this is not the hotel for you.

No water in room fridge , no bath robe and no sleepers

    8ArbereshaPosted on: 10-9-2025

The staff were very good and welcoming. The wifi was good.

It was a bit old and not very clean. The bed was ok but not super comfortable.

Location is perfect for visiting our rented property close by.

A bit pricey for just a night's sleep and parking. We might try a better value hotel next time

    8HaocenPosted on: 10-4-2025

Nice staff, with bars and breakfast

A lot of things missing in the room, like soap or toothpaste

    Good room and restaurant

Car park was expensive at €35-€45 per night. Car park small and steep. Our car bottomed out on exit ramp. Judging by the skid marks on the ground, many prior car had same experience

Conveniently located to the convention center

The distance from everything else. No close subway, no pharmacy or shops close by.The room (230) had a space for it but no fridge! The rooms were not more than 3stars.There was no pool in the property. The breakfast was okay but nothing exciting about it! Not a lot of pastries ( hello we were in Paris) nor a lot of hot choices or a la carte options

    10AmandaPosted on: 9-21-2025

Very clean studio with balcony good size for a couple Bathroom a little tight but not a problem

    4RichardPosted on: 9-18-2025

    Expensive

not ventilated too hot.Poor facilities in bathroomtoo long to check inSlow service at bar

    5EhamdamPosted on: 9-8-2025

    Passable

The decor was dated and it is a conference hotel, not specifically geared up for tourists. We stayed at the mercure in saint omer and it felt so luxurious in comparison.

Great staff, helpful, clean. Attached restaurant was helpful.

No stores nearby to grab some quick bfast, coffee or snack.

    Location and breakfast

The room was quite hot and the A/C wasn’t good.

    9KennethPosted on: 8-21-2025

The rooms were beautifully decorated. For a hotel in Paris, I was quite satisfied—usually, you have to spend a lot to get something decent there

It was a bit of a distance from the Porte de Versailles metro station—you’ll need good legs to walk it! But if you enjoy walking, it’s perfectly manageable

    7OrthomikePosted on: 8-18-2025

hotel location is good. you will travel by bus, metro to city center of Paris. in every floor, there is water stations. you can refill your bottle. staff are kind.

no olive at breakfast, I dont like carpet on the floor
