Staff was so friendly, and the tram was 5 minutes od walking.

The room looks bigger on photos, and its not big enought.

The hotel is not bad overall

We had some problemsThe staff was not always friendly We had 2 major problems the first one was that the staff gave us a wrong number of a room so we went to a room with people in itThey gave us then a room with a blocked sink and when i asked the guy that wee need to fix it he told me its time to sleep! And that was the second problem

towel service. they provided only one towel per person.No handwash towel was delivered.Even if we asked extra towels the answer was negative.

The only good thing I experienced is comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. Nice croissants too.

I paid 180 euro per night for a very very small room (13sq2) with nothing (no toiletries, no kettle/ tea or coffee in rooms, no slippers, no hair dryer, no water bottles even). It’s too expensive for a 3 star hotel. I would rate it 1 star if that was an option. I only stayed as it was close to where I had to be. Staff were nice individuals but not in professional attire or attitude. Very chilled (e.g. sitting down when talking to customers).

The room was quite ordinary, small screen TV with very limited options. Quite small, a bit claustrophobic for me

The hotel is well located, making it easy to reach different parts of Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall the hotel offers good value for money.

The room was quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep at times. The beds were also not very comfortable, which affected the overall quality of rest.

the breakfast was good, the bed too, the shower is very good, the room is an ok size.

Guests always slam the doors of their rooms, which makes a tremendous noise when you are sleeping. When I made the reservation, there was air conditioning, but it is only allowed to be turned on from May onwards, which was not mentioned when I made the reservation and the room was very hot. They lent me a fan, which I had to go and get from reception.

Comfortable bed. I slept well. All we needed for a couple of nights stay very close to family in Chatillon where my mother in law was celebrating her 90th birthday. Breakfast choices were much better than I had anticipated - I'm not a great fan of baguettes or croissant (I know I am in a minority) but as well as the usual breads there were some lovely dark rye and wholemeal seeded rolls. Also fresh fruit salad that really was fresh. I would recommend it.

Everything was fine. The room was small but it was comfortable and quiet.

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Spacious shower. Staff there to help with any problems. Helppful.

There wasn't a kettle to make tea/hot drinks in the room. No hair dryer.

I loved everything . Perfectly welcoming staff, clean , very comfortable mattress and pillows, very very quite .Amazing price for the quality !

Satisfied with the room except that there was no electric kettle in the room, and I couldn't have tea for a few days, or in the winter. It was my first time in Paris, or maybe the whole Paris hotel itself doesn't have this configuration. Overall satisfied, no matter how late you come back, you can see the owner's warm smile, suddenly feel the weather is not so cold.

Nothing major, just missed some place to hang up coat or jackets. Mirror was mounted on wrong side of closet, not so clever

Very basic and simple but also very clean, its good that they allow Pets and their parking area is practical

Easy transport on tram and train to city. Bed is comfortable and room spacious. Only lacking a kettle but you can use the one from reception. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast aswell.

Would be good to have a hairdryer in the bathroom

Respectable, kind and helpful staff who attend to your needs if possible. They safe keep your belongings too.Not far from public transport and Uber fares are not high either as your alternative to travel to the heart of Paris and other areas.

Nothing is wrong with the property.

Location was good and on site parking. Room was reasonable size and comfortable bed. Close to local shops etc.

Sink drain needs attention as was getting blocked. Floor I think plain would be better than a pattern.

Bad lighting in hotel room. Old place needing an upgrade. Rude reception.

Rude reception. Coffee machine didn't work. Couldn't find reservation for my colleague and left us waiting for hours in the lobby until the issue was cleared.

The bed was comfortable, good dark curtains, airconditioning worked, there was handsoap and shampoo present. Bathroom was clean. No bedbugs found!Very close to different options of public transport, very close to a supermarket and be sure to visit the coffeeshop Columbus on the corner :DHonestly I don't understand all these negative reviews. Maybe we got a really good room? It was fine for this price as well, one can't expect a five-star experience.

The rooms could be slightly more soundproofed; I didn't mind the road outside because Ive lived in a city all my life. But the noises from the hallway were loud and kept going throughout the night. Nothing earplugs couldn't fix though!
