    Pros +

    • Very close to tram and bu connections. A supermarket next door.
    • Friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed
    • clean, easy acces, no trouble

    Cons -

    • No coffee in the room. Wanted to keep the room at 19C. Very cold.
    • not already made eggs, diversity in fruit for breakfast
    • I understand that it's a budget hotel, but I don't think this should be the central tenet of my stay. There are signs and notes everywhere, reminding me to not waste this, not waste that.. It feels more like being with a patronizing relative and less like a relaxing stay. I wasn't coming to Paris with the purpose of wasting resources, I'm an exhausted traveler who seeks some basic amenities. Also, please don't "gamify" budgeting, there's nothing cute about that...: Going to check the room heating and finding notes on the thermostat to the effect of "can YOU face the challenge of keeping it at XX degrees?" feels less like a cheeky nod by the hotel and more like being in the hunger games. Also... Please, I know it's budget, but I don't think that prescinding with the toilet brush is the solution.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. They allowed me an early check-in and, at checkout, even guided me with transport and other needs. The only drawback is that the rooms are quite small—comfortable for couples, but a bit congested for families with children. Otherwise, everything was good. The location is excellent: trams are just 200 meters away, the metro about 2 km, and nearby you’ll find Lidl, other supermarkets, McDonald’s, and various outlets.Special thanks to Mr. Rafiq for his kind support—the staff overall is very courteous and helpful.

The rooms are small and rest everything is good

Very farfrom the center Very expensive room prices No water in room Very basic bathroom,no shampoo,no towels Very bad breakfast I will never recommend such a hotel to anyone

    It will not be better

airconditioned room, bed comfortable, reception staff accommodating with spacial requests, free parking option

No ice vending machine at reception particularly in summer, refrigeration of personal food could be provided as an option and not a special request, room too small for 3 people it was very cramped for a 4 night stay but we made it :-)

We have stayed here before and have appreciated the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the quiet ambiance.

Booking was “off”. I tried to book for 3 nights, the first for 2 nights with 2 people, the third night for one night with 3 people. The dates variously said not available, but as the two or 3 days passed I ended up securing 3 nights, from different providers.

Very clean, very quiet and safe location, tram in front of the hotel, supermarket and restaurants close, very clean and nice bedroom for the price and friendly staff.

    Far from Paris center.

Amazing ! The location is very practical , he hotel is next to the tram that takes you to the metro and also next to a supermarket. The staff was very nice !

The only problem is that the rooms are a little small and if you are an overweight person you dont fit comfortably in the facilities such as the toilet and the room in general, but we made it work

    10IbrahimPosted on: 7-21-2025

The area of the hotel so nice and safe and connected with all transportation

Maybe if the windows can be open

    7CarolinaPosted on: 7-13-2025

Value for money, clean, quiet and safe area outside of Paris. Comfortable bed and pillows, I slept well. Big grocery just 15 meters beside it. Vendo for snacks at lobby. They have complimentary hot and cold water dispenser at lobby which helps cool us after a hot day. They even encourage refilling your bottle.

Far from Paris center, but reachable via Tram 6 - Parc Andre Malraux station (a 1-minute walk from Hotel), then short walk to transfer to Metro Line 13 (Chatillon Montrouge) to reach other parts of Paris. Took more than an hour by uber from CDG airport (53€), but was close to Orly airport (27€) for my next flight, reason I chose this Hotel. Room is very basic, no fridge, no kettle, no coffee in room. MAJOR COMPLAINT- no hooks to hang coats by the entrance, no hooks to hang towels, toiletry bags, nor clothes inside the bathroom. I don’t think adding hooks cost much (I know it’s a budget hotel) but it’s a big help for travelers.

The hotel offers good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The rooms were very small with hardly any space to store luggage. We asked for extra pillows but didn’t receive any, which made it difficult to get comfortable.

    6AbdulPosted on: 4-20-2025

The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was ok. The parking availability was good (but it cost 7 euros per night). Good shower. Good view of Eiffel Tower, which flashes after dusk on the hour.

For 3 people, the room was very small when popout single bed was taken down, there was literally no room to move! Tiny room. The windows were dirty. The toilet room had no basin.

    7TomPosted on: 3-7-2025

Good price for what it is, easy check in and good breakfast. A little out of city, but we expected that when we booked

    10BiancaPosted on: 2-6-2025

The property was very clean, they came every day to bring new towels and toilet paper and clean the room. The staff was really nice and the property is near to the RATP station.

    8HideoPosted on: 12-14-2024

Very rich healthy breakfast. Cozy room enough to recover. Good stuff well considering the customer sake. Next to supermarket and tram station. 15 minutes walk to IRSN.

No telephone in the room, but we can use internet instead.

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was awesome, a little bit small, but enough for a couple staying for three nights. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was not a big issue because there was a tram just in front of the hotel.

    Nothing, everything was great.
