Shower, Bed, Room lights. Every thing was crappy. Shower was too too small

Very small, specially the shower. Also you’ll have a lot of fun with the hangers.

Disapointed

The rooms are very small very very small… dirty toilet and no many breakfast options. Coffee machine was broken

The place had a convenient location, offered a breakfast for a fee and was comfortable

You do need to walk a few minutes to get to the metro, but it's a good exercise. Also, the bathroom was a bit small

I liked it the location, near to train station

The walls of the rooms were a bit thin so you could hear some noise from the rooms next door. Staff were really nice tho and room looked and felt pretty clean. Had breakfast one of the days and it was what you'd expect from a standard budget hotel breakfast with toast, pastries, coffee etc

Good location if visiting Disneyland

Night staff was rude and zero helpful. One night we were waiting outside with our 5 year old for 15 min as there was nobody in the reception.

Takes time with tap open to get hot water.

Very cheap room, close to the station. Friendly and professional staff. Room was tiny but comfy. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. You can adjust the temperature in the room.

The bathroom was also clean but we kept finding new dustbunnies everytime we got in (maybe they were falling from the vent, or somewhere else, we don't know). It took a while to get hot water in the shower.

Great location to the underground and not fair from Disney.

No kettle. Rude staff.Was told off for using machine for hot water to fill babies bottle even though I had emailed in advance and also the main man on reception desk told me to help myself

The fact that it was close to the RER station was the only good thing about this hotel.

We had no heat and no hot water in the middle of the winter and we asked them to do something about it and they said that it’s nothing they can do but when they saw that we’ve booked it for 4 days they changed our room with one that had heat. After one night of freezing we had one night of heat in the new room but for the rest of the nights we didn’t have heat again. They changed our room only to have one night of heat. Not to mention that we also didn’t have hot water and we only took showers with cold water.

The staff were very welcoming.

The floor was dusty and could do with a clean. The room was musky. The noise levels from outside the window was so loud it could disturb your sleep. The rooms are small and I am not sure how you would fit 3 people in this room. The bathroom was again tiny and you wouldnt be able to put all your stuff out. It’s good if you’re by yourself or there for a small amount of time but not the best option for a 2 or more people.

first room offered unmade.Took another room. The lift was out of action and the stairs smelt of mold and urine. The hotel is very basic even for a budget hotel. Uncomfortable sleep. Zero sound proofing from street to hallway.

Location was good

Bathroom was tiny, couldn’t close the door and use the toilet, shower was so small when you turned in the shower, it turned off- I am a petite women and medium height and this was small.

Close to small shopping mall and train station

Despite being called “budget” hotel it was below budget in terms of the standards. Rooms are tiny, shower cubicle was not practical at all. Splash of paint to cover marks on the door and room seemed to be falling about.

Great value for money. Clean room. It’s a really short walk from the train station. You can get food delivery online from other companies delivered to the hotel. There is a vending machine and microwave in the reception. Mattress is comfy.

The pressure in the shower was so low I just waited until the next hotel we were seating in to wash my hair. They only provide you with one pillow on the bed, the other is in a plastic bag on the shelf. We requested an extra pillow each and these were provided, but with no cover! So we put them under the bed sheet under the pillows we already had. You can hear talking through the walls of the room next door. The AC was confusing, and although I changed the set temperature on it, it only came out at one - cold! Better off opening the window.
