Novotel Marne La Vallee Noisy Le Grand

Upon arrival we were charged for daily parking and we were also charged for a city tax that was undisclosed, As we were unpacking, we were told to stop messing with the smoke detector, which we were not and the front desk was rude about it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Martyna who looked after every aspect of our stay and went extra mile to make sure we are comfortable

The room was a bit small but comfy. The breakfast wasn’t very nice.

Location is good for Disneyland (20’min drive). Nearby mall with a few food spots and supermarket. Typically european breakfast (breads etc). Shower drain was not working, so a lot of water which made us shower very very short. We called reception but they never called back?. This was the only problem. Otherwise good stay

The room was fairly clean and big

The breakfast felt rushed. I was seating having breakfast with my family and my son wanted more pancakes but the staff had already started clearing the food whilst people were seating having breakfast and the staff did not seam happy, they were not smiling. The night security staff needs more training on hospitality and communication.

Worst Novotel experience ever. Way below usual Novotel standards. Can’t recommend to stay here.

Plastic on the bed under a thin linen was not nice to sleep on. Breakfast area was way too small and several people were eating daily in the reception. On a Sunday, we had to wait 20 min to get seated. Message fromm staff was just to grab a table before anyone else took it. Breakfast was really bad. They ran out of bread, eggs, cheese, yoghurt and DISHES, at the same time. Evening restaurant was closed due to an event - how can that happen when I book a 4 star hotel with a restaurant?

Didn’t meet my expectations, not much options in breakfast and no vegetarian food

Stayed at the hotel before. It is in a strange area of Paris. There are a few bars and restaurants and large supermarket about 10 minutes away. RER also 10 minutes.Location is ok, especially for hopping to Disneyland Paris.Check in and check out was quick and painless.Room was a decent size. Folding bed for my daughter had been prepared.Pool is small but not bad.

Hotel is not cheap, but is starting to look a little bit tired in the rooms and hallways. Fridges in the rooms are often broken and complaining will not get it fixed.Location is not terribly handy for Paris centre or the airport. RER back to hotel late at night was very very busy.

Single bed discomfort,felt springs. AC not working.Couldn't get duvet to cover single bed mattress.Same breakfast EVERY DAYNo variety, mushrooms, eggs, bacon & sausage EVERY DAY.Low quality food.Car parking charged extra upon arrival when it was included in price on net.Too expensive for the room condition.NOT value for money. Being so far away from Disneyland or Eiffel tower still it was expensive for the location.

The hotel was ok. The staff very helpfull and polite. The breakfast was ok. The rooms and all the hotel was clean. It is positioned between Paris and Disnylend with 10-15 min walking distance to the metro station Noisy-le-Grand Mont d'est on the RED A line.

Decent sized room, comfortable bed.

Room was 25°C on arrival. The HVAC was restricted centrally to “heating only” (no AC, no fan - this is, apparently, a “hotel policy” outside of summer). The window only opens slightly (it is restricted for safety). It was basically impossible to cool the room satisfactorily. The room is (falsely) advertised as having AC.

Cleanness of the hotel also the location good for downtown and Disneyland

I pay 200 € as a deposit to be refunded later afternoon check out and until now I didn’t get the money back !!

Great staff. Couldn’t park in the unground parking as I had a roof box on the car. Staff were super accommodating and opened up a separate car park for me. Hotel was pristine. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were really comfortable. Our floor had a filtered water machine which was a nice touch.20 mins for Disney. Great option if you are driving over for a night before stay.

Breakfast was disgusting, staff r rude and not helpful! Hotel room carpet was filthy and disgusting no tea coffees or sugar in room! Charged me more for the room than what was quoted on booking.com!

Nothing i liked. Worse services I have seen ever!

Breakfast is not good..Limited items are only available. I feel their breakfast lower than even 2 star hotel. Hotel room services are also poor- after cleaning/tidying up the room, they leave dirty bedsheetsMost staff can't speak English and very difficult to communicate with them- for example, I asked a staff to locate hotel and/or nearest train station, staff just provided a map. Then he was not able to help me or understand what I asked her. Next day, I asked a staff to give me a plate or plastic plate, she provided me a polythene bag!The hotel advertised two double sized beds but I found they made a double bed putting two bunk beds side by side or together. When children slept, the two bunk beds/mattresses moved away and child went inside - 2nd doyble bed not comfortable for sleeping at all.

Beds and room were very comfortable

Breakfast was overcrowded and staff was overwhelmed. 30 min before end of breakfast there were no more plates, cups, and food was almost gone. My advice: book this hotel without breakfast or arrive 1 hour before end of service.

Location was good for Trainline to Disney and into central Paris.

Breakfast was total chaos, a couple of days running out of food, plates, cups, that’s if you could find somewhere to sit, the poor staff on duty desperately needed some help, very understaffed. Walking out to get the train, you have to go past the glass recycling containers and there was just broken glass everywhere, I’m not sure if it was actually on Novotels site, but get someone out there with a broom!

I would not stay here again.

We checked in and had paid for a superior family room with breakfast included. We arrived in our room to find the air con and heating didn’t work. A plug hanging out of the wall and the tv not working either. Also a single cushion size pillow (half the size of a normal pillow) as the pillow for the bed. We went to reception to complain to be told the air con isn’t an option on the winter even tho it’s on the booking. After a back and forth battle for hours we was finally put into another room. Also when we arrived we was told the restaurant was not open due to it being the holidays! 27th-30th December so no dinner or lunch available. There was no pre warning of this on booking or on there website. When we went to breakfast there was no clean tables about 15 dirty tables full of dishes and no one eating at them. When we finally got someone to clear a table we went to get our food and drinks to find no cups or plates ,no juices left and no food left with staff not filing these up at all. We had to ask for everything to be done. This was at 7:30 and 9:00 so not at the end of breakfast time.

Room dated with woodchip look white walls. Not a welcoming room. Cold. My boys' beds were facing the back of the TV.
