Staff were horrible. Went to buy a water and the host was sitting there did not acknowledge our presence, I asked for two waters, he put his hand up and told me he will speak to me when he¿s ready. Also broken fridge in room so no cool water

Having stove top, microwave and fridge makes me feel like home. Also close to train station and close to a mall and lots of eateries

Only thing I’m having problems with is the dryers. They don’t seem to dry anything no matter what settings you choose.

Modern and clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfasts. Really good location, we had a great time with kids

It’s good value. Location is very good, supermarkets are near as well as a Staition. You can easy get to the city.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Good location, About 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Paris via the RER. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

The walk to the RER takes about 10 minutes, not through the nicest area. It's fine during the day, but I wouldn't feel safe at night walking alone.

1. The location was ideal for anyone visiting Disneyland, about 13 13-minute walk to the station with a direct train to and from Disneyland at all hours. 2. The room had a kitchenette for anyone interested in self-catering. 3. My room was cleaned and beddings changed in the middle of my 4-day stay. 4. It was close to a store and a fast food joint, which opened till late.

1. The breakfast was mostly made up of bread of various types. I didn't go back after the first morning. 2. The welcome tray was basic, and there was no complimentary water on arrival.

Nice apparthotel in an eastern suburb of Paris. Secure parking below. Approx 40 mins to the Arc De Triomohe on the RER which is a short walk away.Staff very nice and helpful. Small Franprix shop and artisan bakery nearby and massive Carré Four hyper market walkable. Only thing I would request is easy recycling in the garbage room.

Close to RER A. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC was not cooling well, so occasionally, it was warm at night. Apart from this minor thing rest was OK.

Very clean. Vs location was in between Paris and Disney. Easy to get to train station through the mall.

Nothing bad at all

The building is very new and facilities are modern. The room was very big and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located exactly halfway between Paris and Disneyland (20 min each side on RER line A), making it great if you want to see both.

I booked economy room, which did not included hair-dryer, I didn't noticed it while booking. I think that lacking such basic tool is an unnecessary saving.

It was too far away from plenty of sites and the deposit we gave for the room was never returned back even tho they said they would

Friendly staff and good quality facilities were there. Everything were clean . Rooms had enough space. We used the Sauna .It was a nice addition. Could use it even after the check out time. We really loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Eventhough wr didnot use the tiny kitchen we really liked the setup. All the staff members we met were really helpful and friendly.

We couldnt fix the room temperature and was bothering us. Was pretty cold. ? There were nice blankets though. If u want to go to paris this is little far. We had to take metros( including a transit) . A bus or taxi from the metro station to the hotel.

The service of this hotel is perfect, and the room is very clean.

A little bit too much smell of perfume in the room, open the windows for a while can help.

Location awesome , supermarket, train near by. Most avoid I enjoyed the sauna. Room was clean and comfy

I did not like the fact that you have bring your trash on the maIn lobby unless you had housekeeping appointment to clean your room.

Nice quiet area, close to public transportation and shopping center and restaurants.Secure private parking.Helpful and friendly staff.

More attention to detail needs to be given to the housekeeping, in terms of overall cleanliness.

Big room, parking under the hotel and accessible directly with the elevator to the room. Nice and efficient personal.
