Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. ibis Budget will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Access code at the front door is your booking number without dots. Please note that extra beds or bunk beds are not made before arrival. Bed linen is provided but guests have to make their own beds. Please note that children under 12 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate. Please note that Children under 12 years of age benefit from the reduced-rate breakfast to be paid on site at the price of €3.75 per child.
