- Friendly staff! Makes such a difference. And access to the gym, steam, sauna, and heated pool next door were a great plus.
- Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
- Location. And being able to use the pool in the intercontinental next door.
Cons -
- Nope!
- Noise from the street was unbearable. We had a broken aircon, broken toilet seat, the room wasn¿t ready when at check in time. We switched rooms halfway and that was better but the one night the water in the hotel wasn¿t working until 1am.
- The only thing I can really think of is the limited TV service but that doesn¿t really matter. A chair or two on the balcony might be nice.
