Hotel Juliani - Boutique Hotel

Location was ideal for us, staff was exceptionally friendly , room was very clean and comfortable.

Smell in bathroom from elevator shaft, but it dissipated in a few minutes after fan was put on

Only two tiny complimentary bottles of water provided for a 4 nights stay. Staff was a bit loud behind the scenes, very close to the restaurant dining area.

very good choice for our vacation. The location is very convenient and offers an excellent sea view. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast had everything we needed, while all the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Malta.

The parking space in the hotel was very limited. However the hotel provides additional parking spaces at a nearby private parking building which is less than 3 minutes walking distance.

The design of the hotel, particularly the restaurant Zest, was exceptional, right down to the smallest of details. It was a sincere pleasure to dine there all four nights that we were in Malta. The lighting, the soundproofing, the dishware, and the delicious menu made for a quality experience— beyond compare. All of the staff and the service we received was warm and professional in every way. Being from San Francisco, we were used to great food, but this was superlative. Bravo!

I wish the TV had been easier to cast programing. It did not seem to be a standard Samsung interface.

Rooms were nice with a lovely view, parking was easy, and accessibility to local restaurants was easy. The breakfast was also excellent. The restaurant Zest was also quite good.

A little noisy being on the 3rd floor on the weekend but tolerable. Exceptional place.

The location was great! Beautiful area, people about but didn’t feel crowded, just safe. The hotel and staff were all really wonderful, service was excellent, breakfast was very good, and the room was super comfortable.

The overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming, and the room lacked cleanliness (e.g., curtains and sink). The bathroom door did not close properly. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on, the maintenance staff entered the room, which was unacceptable.Breakfast options were limited, particularly in terms of vegetables. We requested a late checkout — at first we were told it was possible, but the next day we were informed it wasn’t. To accommodate this, we tried to book an additional night, but the hotel claimed to be fully booked, even though rooms were still available on Booking.com. Ultimately, we chose to move to another hotel.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel, clean, stylish and comfortable. The breakfast choices were lovely, something for everyone. Lovely roof top terrace and pool. Perfectly situated in the centre of St. Julians Bay, lots of pubs and restaurants in walking distance and a bus stop right outside of you want to explore the island. Perfect.

the accomodation was perfect and the views over spinola bay from the balcony were exceptional. The location of the hotel is perfect for the many bars and restaurants.Breakfast was plentiful and a varied choice of hot or continental options Zest Asian restaurant in the hotel was top quality and is a must for anyone visiting St Julian's area.... Michelin standards of food and staffall of the hotel staff were excellent and could not have been more accommodating. all in all a great hotel and would highly recommend

It was in a good location, very handy for buses. Beautiful views over Spinola Bay. Room was extremely quiet, very comfortable beds and pillows, spacious for a standard room. Beautiful roof top terrace. Plenty restaurants and bars close by. Hotel has a restaurant but we did not use it but it seemed busy which is always a good sign.

The design of the shower is poor, almost impossible to shower without soaking the floor. Also disappointed that roof top pool was not heated in April as it was too cold to use. Not much point having pool if it can’t be used in March/April

Checking in was a bit long also I asked to change room because the 1st room was too close to the lift and nearer outside road work.

Location is perfect, Spinola bay is beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Very convenient.

Every morning we were hearing some noise, around 7-8am and it would wake us up. I am not sure if the noise was coming from the street (there was no obvious renovation in the street though) or from within the hotel. It looked like its everywhere around us. Plus thin walls and doors so you can hear everything.

Highlight was the staff particularly William on reception very chatty and knowledgeable great for restuarant reservations and local knowledgeStaff at Cafe Juliani for breakfast were attentive helpful and very efficientLovely balcony and view

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Very modern and clean. Nicely decorated. Direct bus line to/from airport.
