I had a very suspicious experience while checking out around 5 am. Firstly while giving the cards a staff (an Indian origin staff) said there were no charges and so we left and went outside to wait for our cab. And then few minutes later the same man who told us there were no charges runs to us and says we have to pay 94 eur for a dinner. Then when we said there was no dinner he said oh and then we asked when we apparently had this said dinner he said it was included in package that we booked and asked if our email id were available with the hotel to charge us. All of this seemed very much like a scam. In all my time of staying in hotels never had such an experience, the stay at hotel was nice apart from the above experience and that the rooms were very hot due to central heating and we couldn’t even open our windows. When we asked the staff about this they said they cannot help us further.

St Julian is noisy outside but there is nothing the hotel can do. Rooms are sound proof.

Nice room, great shower, comfortable beds.

I would have loved St Julian in my 20's... it's a bit much for my 50's. The hotel and room are very safe and quiet despite the Vegas style atmosphere outside.

The location was ideal with the beach, restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The rooftop pool and bar staff were lovely, but all staff had smiles on their faces and booting was too much trouble. A special mention for Loredana, the customer service manager who genuinely couldn't be more helpful. There was nothing we didn't like, the freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee at breakfast get a special mention. Last plus point, the beds and bedding, first class.We had a short 4 night break without the family but will consider coming back again.

There was nothing we didn't like but some rooms may be affected by the outside entertainment until the early hours, but this would be the same for all hotels. Higher floors or not facing the street may be preferable for some. It wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of.

Stopped for a week. A room with a beautiful view of the St. George's bay. Good new hotel, responsive staff. I especially want to note and thank Hanifan, she resolved our problem immediately. A very good breakfast, barista prepares delicious coffee, there is always freshly alive orange juice. Staff cleans room and changing towels every day without reminders, the bed is large and comfortable. The hotel is located above the shopping center, it is very convenient - good shops and cafes. In Steak House was very good menu. A small rooftop pool with a wonderful look and excellent service.Around is a little noisy in the evenings - music from neighboring cafes, but this even gives charm. Expected more variation at the breakfast buffet. Actually it was the same everyday and a rather small selection.

I love that they have both outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Love the location as it was part of a shopping center, with lots of restaurants around the area. The staff were very accommodating and polite. There were lots of activities to do in the hotel and within the area.

Customer service, location, breakfast and rooms were excellent, Reception staff specifically Hanifah was excellent.

Lovely staff, clean hotel and good value. Great location for people wanting to visit the clubs. I’d recommend this hotel

The rooftop pool has a good view of the see. This hotel provides almond milk without sugar and gluten-free bread for the breakfast.

The towels quality are not good. No power socket to use hairdryer or hair iron in the bathroom. Limited choice for breakfast, especially lacking heathy/vegan options.
