Hugo's Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

The room was like in the pictures. All working well. The breakfast was delivered from the nearby hotel and was OK ... just that it took about 30 mins or so.

It is really noisy from the clubs outside between 9 pm and 4 am. Without exception. I am a sound sleeper, but it still was noisy and my partner had to use noise cancelling headphones.

The room was very nice. Large and comfortable bed. Bathroom very good. Location very central

The bedroom and the breakfast were really good, the pools and the sauna were great.

The internet on the TV was not working well, and all the time got stock.

It’s in the worst part of the city, surrounded by strip clubs and bars. People partying and screaming all night. The base from the bars can be heard on the 8th floor. The rooms are painted black so you can’t see anything. Waited for 30 mins while a drunk British couple argued over the deposit. After they left it took one min for them so hand me my key. A professional staff would have asked the drunk people to wait for a second to see what is and other guests waiting needed.Bottom line. I checked out and moved.If you’ve been to Vegas this is like staying at TI not the bellagio.

Horrible experience

Do not book a room with a hot tub. Ours was broken and the management lied to Booking about the problems we had in order to avoid any payments.

It was so extremely noisy every night until 4 that we could hardly get an hours sleep until we could move into another room.

After a swim in the pool to going outside isn’t the best idea but we had no choice as they closed the walkway throughVery noisy especially on weekends but that wasn’t much of a problem for us.

I loved the decor & the facilities! The hot tub was amazing & the mirrored ceilings were unique! The bed was a little hard for my liking.Was quite noisy location even on the 9th floor!

Read everything!!the hotel was ok, we expected the hotel to look like the pictures here on booking, our room was like the picture and it was nice, but the disadvantages of the hotel are: THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT IN THIS HOTEL!! neither inside and outside is in the "sister" hotel which is one street down so you have to walk through a busy street to go to the spa which is in another hotel "H hotel". about the H hotel, those are the pictures here on booking, rooms with bathtubs and jacuzzis, that's another hotel, people! We heard two or three people complaining that they didn't get the room from the picture. we were at the pool in another hotel, they give you towels and everything is ok, but we paid a lot for the hotel to go to another hotel, if you have breakfast, you will also have to go to the "sister hotel" for breakfast. The employees were all very kind, really, I have one more complaint, but before I write it, I have to say that the next day they fixed everything right away and we had no further problems with cleanliness. As soon as we arrived, we took a picture of the room where there were damages and defects in order to draw their attention to the fact that we didn't screw something up, because as soon as you arrive at the hotel, they take the deposit from your card! we got 250e, they returned the money as soon as we left the hotel, but now it depends on the bank when the money will be returned to the account, regarding the flaws I mentioned above there were a lot of them, the water flowed a little strangely in the toilet, the shelf in the toilet was wobbly and broken, the toilet salt was dirty on the inside of the board. a long black hair under the pillow (I'm blonde) and some more spots on the sheet and a few more small hairs.

Our initially booked room has issues with the jacuzzi as well as heating. But they provide us very nice upgrade.It really make my anniversary special.Many thanks to the main manager at main hotel.

I checked-in around 11 AM but room was not ready.So i came back around 6 PM but then faced such issues which took 3 hours to resolve. It really pissed me off because it was my anniversary and i am standing at the gate with my luggage and waiting.Suggestion: They should cross check the room if everything functional before check-in.Also find out there technician are quite unaware about how Jacuzzi function.

Zero hospitality, very loud at the room all nights (even tho it says that it’s sound proof). Staff promised earplugs two days in a row but we got none. No umbrellas when it was raining. Unfortunately buttons for lights and courtains didn’t work as supposed. Very poor spa.

Shower sliding door seal ineffective and water kept getting out when showering - floor was sopping wet. This is despite switching from hand held to overhead shower. The room windows were not soundproof - could hear people and clubbing music through the night despite being on the top floor. Advise proper ear plugs. We didn’t get milk replaced each day by house keeping - had to ask the reception to send up in evening.

Room with bath tab and awesome view! Very quiet air-cone.Breakfast was of the very good quality.

Breakfast and spa were in sister H hotel that was reachable through an outside walk.

Excellent location if you want to be close to the clubbing fever. Anyway, the noise wasn't so bad in this hotel. Our window was in the street and even at 12-03 am, when the music was at maximum, we could sleep. Of course you hear something but don't stress.

that we had to go back to our country. Another 2-3 days would have been perfect.
