Pros +
- Modern, clean hotel with a great rooftop pool and beautiful views. The rooms were comfortable and well designed, and the location in St Julian’s made it easy to get around by bus or on foot. Staff were professional and helpful, and overall it felt like a proper hotel experience.
- Non interference.. Staff is so much cooperative and they care for ur priorities..
- Great location - 300m to the bus stop. Very helpful and nice stuff. Underground parking available. Good breakfast and tasty coffee. Heated outdoor pool. Small but enough equipped gym with towels and water.
Cons -
- Nothing major. My room was on the ground floor instead of a higher floor as initially requested, but it wasn’t a problem and didn’t affect my stay.
- The view from my balcony. I mean it was perfect inside the room and my space was good enough but where we face, that was not much attractive.
- Doors to the rooms are closing really loud - you can also hear when neighbors are closing their doors. Same with bathroom doors - they could have some stops/blockers for sliding doors.

Beutifull new hotel.Big and comfortable rooms.Very friendly staff.Very good location, close to everything but quite side street.
Breakfast was nice spread but not bery tasty.Same selection every day and since we stayed 5 night we would like to have some diversity.Parking is very small and hard to maneuver inside especially when its full.
Staff and location
Room type
The property is brand new and extremely clean. The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. In terms of location, the hotel is close enough to the heart of St-Julian’s that it can be accessed by short walk, while being just far enough that the area is quiet at night compared to the bustling main streets. Nice pool on the roof with bar service.
Nothing to add!
Very spacious room, clean facilities. Had a rooftop pool and a gym. Staff was helpful.
There were no outlets in the bathroom! Or in front of the full length mirror by the door. I was unable to blow dry my hair.
Very spacious room, great breakfast, good coffee, nice breakfast view, design on point. Very glad we chose this location- walking distance to everything in town. We requested a late check out due to the fact that we had the flight at 10 pm, and they offered us to stay until 1 pm.

Hotel staff very polite and caring.Nice clean and modern hotel.Beach and restaurant within a walking distance.Amazing stay. Thanks
The staff was extremely polite and kind. Everything was spotless and smelled nice. Breakfast has a rich choice of food, fruit and drinks. The terrace at the restaurant level is a bonus.
Nothing to complain about.
Staff very friendly, hotel very clean, lovely outdoor pool.
Both swimming pools were great! Fitness centre is amazing. Rooms are very clean. Staff is more than fantastic towards everyone. Location is quite central to the nightlife in Malta.
Bathroom doors are not really stable and the glass doors inside the bathroom are stuck and loud.
Good location, easy access to St Julian’s and public transport. Friendly/helpful staff who were willing to help. The one major issue was the music playing whilst sat around the pool. It was some of the worst versions of great music you could ever hear. Incredibly annoying, I’d rather nothing was played than that garbage. Play the originals or nothing.
We had a lovely stay at AC Hotel St. Julian’s! It’s a great hotel for couples, but we went as a group of six girls and still really enjoyed it. The location was perfect — close enough to walk around and explore different parts of St. Julian’s, with lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby. Getting a cab was super easy and surprisingly affordable, which made getting around even more convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, and tidied up daily, which we really appreciated. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful — one of them even found me a sewing kit when I had a small wardrobe malfunction, which was such a thoughtful touch and really saved the day!Breakfast was really great value for €12.50 — there was a wide selection of pastries, fruit, and English breakfast items, and everything was constantly being topped up. The brownies were hands down the best — we kept going back for more!We also had dinner at the hotel one evening and tried the chicken wings and patatas bravas — they were so good, we ordered them again the next night. The only small letdown was that the second time they came out a bit differently, which was a bit disappointing since we were really looking forward to them again. But overall, the food was still tasty and worth trying if you’re staying in.A couple of small things to mention: all our rooms ended up being on different floors, which wasn’t ideal but we didn’t mind too much. The only real downside was the lack of a view — when we opened the windows, we mostly faced a wall and some AC vents. That said, we were out and about most of the time, so it didn’t really take away from our experience.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel — clean, well-located, with lovely staff and a relaxed vibe. Great for couples, groups, or anyone looking to explore St. Julian’s!
Breakfast was amazing fantastic selection. I the downstairs and upstairs pools were both perfect and all in all the whole hotel was very clean. They took extra steps to make my mother’s bday special, with a good restaurant reservation at a sea food restaurant which was delicious.Thank you to everyone there!
Maybe more selection of sea food on the lunch and dinner menu but wasn’t a big problem.
Ac Marriott St Julian's is great for a short stay. My room was really big with a big bathroom, too. The hotel is quite new so everything in the room is largely in good shape. The bed was comfortable for a solo traveller (though for two, the mattress did slope in both directions). Although it's close to Paceville, I found the area to be safe to walk around in the day and early evening. As I had a hire car, I really appreciated access to the private underground car park, and always found a spot. The staff were lovely and accommodating of my requests, too. I would stay again and request a quieter part of the building.
The room is not soundproof even though it says it is in the listing. From the street noise, perhaps; however, you will hear other guests above and beside you. I had to make a noise complaint on my third night at 2am. The staff were very apologetic, and dealt with the guest in question. Walking to the main bay and Wellbee's requires you to walk along quite a dangerous road due to all the construction. Cars do go slow through here, though. Finally, I found the breakfast to be quite average - I don't think it's worth including given the proximity to cafes in the area.
A very nice hotel with wonderful people looking after us. The hotel is not in a nice area as there is constant noise from traffic and construction.
Pros: - great breakfast - large room - coffee machine / kettle in the room - lots of tours (eg to Gozo, 3 cities) have a pick up spot nearby - walking distance to restaurants - walking distance to Sliema, easy transport to Valletta by bus or ferry from Sliema - nice outdoor pool open in April - late checkout - friendly staff Cons: - my room was incredibly dark, to the point that I had to have all the lights on all the time and it still was dark - my room had a disabled bathroom, which was a good idea but poorly designed, toilet roll got wet every time I had a shower, and it didn’t sit well with me that the accessible rooms are so dark - pools not really warm (despite claims they are heated)- indoor pool area not maintained and slippery / full of used towels - unsuitable building materials used in indoor pool area (wood used for shower and doors is showing signs of rot)- weird smell in indoor pool area - not the best location for a calm stay, 40 minute walk to Sliema ferry station Overall I would not return to this particular hotel.
Everything was perfect, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.
