Staff super nice, location good. breakfast on the rooftop is a great bonuss. Nice view to start the day. Malta is not flat - a lot of mountains so a lot of walking up and down...if travelling with older family members - better take closer to coast line.

Great breakfast, we really enjoyed it. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for us, bus station was literally at front of the hotel. There was also lots to do within walking distance, shops, restaurants, promenade etc.

Big room, balcony, nice breakfast with amazing views and tasty coffee every morning. Nit bad location, a short walk to the bay and bus stops nearby.

The lift was abit hit and miss weather it would turn up on your floor when called, I don't know why, sometimes we gave up and took the stairs.

the location is very close to the center but in the middle of a street full of traffic and with road works around.

Everything was great – the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, with a bus station right in front. Breakfast was excellent, served on the top floor with a nice view. Zorana, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel was 1 min walk to the bus stop so we could easily take a bus to go to Valleta and come back. The room was clean and breakfast was nice also. We were close to St. Julians so we easily walked 15 mins and reached the center.Overall, we loved the stay

Good value for money.

Location. Triq Birkirkara is a super noisy and busy street with intense pollution. I know the management tries to reduce noise with insulation, but that does not work correctly. It is not recommended to stay there if you cannot tolerate the street noise.

Good breakfast, lots to choose from, friendly staff.

Not enough towels. My friend and I booked a double room each. Bath towel, hand towel, bath mat were only changed every other day.

Lovely and wonderful staff, sparkling clean and comfortable with an excellent location. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Malta

Only location. There is little problem with walking with large baggage at these small sidewalks. And street is busy. Fortunately bus stop is nearby

From start to finish, the hotel is great, perfect location, and stunning rooms. All the staff were super friendly especially at reception!! Would 100% stay again.

A gem of a hotel 10.mins from St julians bay ,we Absolutely loved it .the staff zoiana ,alison ,daniela,Natalie and tika thanks so much for a wonderful stay ,the room was really big and the bed huge and so comfortable, bathroom again huge and spotless ,well definitely be back ? room soundproof and cleaned everything day nothing was to much bother ? breakfast was great big selection and all fresh .

Very nice, intimate hotel, decorated in a nice style. Breakfast buffet (breakfast + delicious fruit) was on the 7th floor. Bus stop at the hotel which is a big plus. Nice owner and ladies who prepared breakfasts. Peace and quiet in the hotel. We highly recommend
