€250 for one night with breakfast, with outdoor parking - extremely too much for what it offers!

Room was big enough, with great balcony.Bathroom had a lot of space to put your stuff.Breakfast and dinner had a lot of choices to choose from.

No socket in the room. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom...

Great location right at the town center, and close by to the slopes, and it was clean as was rated by others, and rated on booking. My respect to the cleaning staff. I hope they get some bonus for it.

No any amenities for kids. You can use nearby amenities at Ramada hotel (cca 300m away) like playroom (charged 5 Euros), and a swimming pool (not so big for all the guests from both Ramada hotels). Moreover, it is not enjoyable to walk from pool hotel back to other one at freezing cold weather after you got wet.Furthermore, the Parking! Outside parking is jamed, and parking spots are for really small cars. If there is no parking there, they sent you to park a couple kilometers away to other parking place!!! And the best is that there is a parking under the hotel but probably it is charged. Nevertheless, nobody told us that. I would take it if I knew, especially due to the cold weather and falling snow.And final touch was the ski room. Ski room is cramped with cages for skies and ski shoes that is opened with a key, and you have to pay 10 Euros for it (they return the money back). But, entrance to Ski Room is with your Room card key. These things are not really a dislike, but more suggestions for improvement.

Location was good. Also the room was a good size and well furnished. The hotel and room both were very clean. There was ample parking right outside which proved to be useful.

The staff during check in was courteous, but quite matter of fact and not especially helpful when we asked a few questions. They seemed in a hurry to finish the conversation even though there was no one else around to serve. Breakfast was average and lacking in options of good bread and cheese, but passable.

The buffet is not as expected.

It was a great location and it had an elevator which was very nice. The staff were very friendly. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

They didn’t have any plugins next to the bed. I also didn’t like that you had to walk 100 meters to their sister hotel to use the pool.

Everything was Good……Great Location right opposite to Mercator Supermarket where we get almost everything we possibly needed.We even collected our Tall Very Effective Table Fan from the Reception as there is no AC (a Staff in the Reception said I won’t be needing a Fan as the weather is cold ?…..He was partially right, we didn’t need 1 at night, but In the Day, I did need 1 as I go around Dancing ?)

The Heating system Didn’t work both nights. On asking the Reception they said it works after 8 PM …… so give it some timeI informed her, We did give the Heating system an entire night, the First night, but it didn’t work. Then she said, she will check from the Reception. I asked her to send a Technician ?‍? or someone, she sent him to us in 10 mins and He couldn’t do anything and HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK ……Never Returned. It was 8 Degrees Centigrade and we are from the Middle East, so I was Chattering ? on bed ? But the Only relief was, since it was in the month of September …… I was uncomfortable? only for like 2 hours.

Hotel is located in the city center, nice view from the room, and there is free parking space for the hotel guests. Breakfast is good, and enough refill if needed. Very nice view from the restaurant where meals are served. Rooms are very clean and the bead is comfortable.

The hotel needs renovation, it is outdated. Even the soft renovation would go a long way. It takes one or two minutes for Hot water to start in the shower, which can take you by surprise for the first time.

Wow. The hotel is very well designed right down to the last detail, well almost (see below). The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were super soft. The bathroom had lots of space for our toiletries bags,.tooth brushes, etc. we didn't see that often. Lots of electrical outlets. The free access to the swimming pool at the other Ramada and the balcony were nice touches. The breakfast buffet was over the top. Almost worth the price of the room by itself.

There was no shower other than in the bathtub and the tub showerhead is on the sidewall (as opposed to the ends) resulting in the floor getting wet. They should get shower doors put on to keep the water in. Also, there is a large lobby on the third floor and a group was partying in it until late at night. The noise kept us up.

Would be nice if it had a pool/spa onsite, there is one but in a sister property down the street.

View from outside the hotel was good.

This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The building is run down, the carpets in hall ways is very old, the room doesn’t have proper curtains as well. Despite booking a big size room there was absolutely no space to even walk around. There are only 2 sockets in the room. There are no toiletries provided. The breakfast spread is average with very limited options.

Great view from the window. We had a balcony where we sat and had snacks in the evening. Breakfast was with good variety. Parking in front of the hotel was full, but we get free access to paid parking just across the street. We also got a free access to swimming pool in resort next door. Staff was friendly and suggested some spots to visit nearby.

Room was a little bit small. We had extra bed/sofa and it was difficult to get to the balcony because of it. We would have liked shower cabin instead of bathtub.

Location near the restaurants and bars.

Unprofessional staff. Because I’ve booked the rooms through booking.com and when we arrive, at reception says you’re not on system. Were no parking space in front of hotel. Thanks god we’re with motorcycles and parked on the main gate. Getting out from parking like thieves, because was with electronic beam.

Upon entry the reception desk person was very professional and accommodating. The facility is in a World class setting. It was well appointed including fine looking carpeting in the room and hallways. Breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection. Room size and furnishings were excellent.

Location was great. Good parking. Easy walk to shops. Excellent breakfast included with a huge buffet.
