Berghi Hotel and Apartments

Extremely friendly staff. Pleasant rooms with a very nice ambient in alpine style. They provide snow sleds for free. Breakfast is delicious and includes freshly made crepes. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was clean, convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were very cozy. The front desk staff was kind and friendly.

The studio room is quite small, but is sufficient for one.

Kitchen/living area was a bit small, and on our last night a small van was parked on an angle and also took up 2 parking spaces so we had nowhere to park. I don’t know how you’d control that but it was frustrating.

Good quiet location, nicely organized and decorated, kind staff.

It would have been great to have some air conditioning or a fan. We love leaving windows open, but with lots of guests up early/ out late/ smoking outside, that wasn’t really an option.

We had a great two bedroom apartment. Very nice to have a little more space for our stay. We opted to include breakfast; nice breakfast. A small relaxing living room with a dining table. We prepared a meal or two while there.

The heated towel rack, very clean, helpfull and available staff, comfortable, nice shower, well equipped kitchen.

It was a big small with our bags, but exactly as pictured and described. Just a detail in my opinion.

Every corner of this place radiates freshness and care. The living room downstairs is a warm and inviting escape, a perfect place for guests to unwind and for children to play. The staff welcomes you with genuine kindness and friendliness that instantly makes you feel at home. The rooms and apartments are thoughtfully equipped. The beds are super comfortable. Just steps away, there is a shuttle bus stop that can bring you to Kekec—where the ski lift and ski rental await—within mere minutes. Or, if you prefer a stroll, you can enjoy a picturesque 10-12 minute walk that leads you straight to the center and also to the slopes.

Everything was great. I would definitively book a room in Berghi again!

Great big apartment, clean a lot of room. Nice quiet location and not too far from the center and ski lift. Breakfest was very good and staff was excelent!

Such a friendly welcoming. The lounge area with some free biscuits is super cosy. Breakfast is delicious. Clean and modern rooms.

Zaista je sve bilo sjajno. Za grupu prijatelja je veliki plus što apartman ima tri kupatila, odnosno četiri wc-a. U kući nam ništa nije nedostajalo. Parking je ispred kuće. Skijašnica za sušenje opreme je pored. Shuttle bus staje ispred smeštaja. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno. Sve preporuke od nas!

Everything is newly renovated, no key/card policy works great. Good beds, clean bathroom, breakfast with just enough options. Everything was really good.

Noone at the reception when we arrived, which we were notified about, but still we need to find everything around the hotel on our own, which is not ideal.

Overall, the service was good for the price we paid. The staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are good, the location is great. I must especially praise the staff, because my friend forgot his kindle in his room, and they called us immediately and arranged for us to pick it up the same day.

The only thing that annoyed us was the size of the room (we had a two bedroom apartment for two adult couples) and they are not big, especially according to the pictures shown on the internet. Especially the bathroom is very small. If we had known this in advance, we would probably have preferred to book 2 separate rooms.

Location was great. Only few minutes walk to the centre of Kransjka Gora where all the restaurants are located. Also walking distance to lake Jasna. The living area downstairs is cute with the small library - its very cosy nice place to stay in the evening if you dont have any other plans. Very satisfied with the room also.

The room is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, always available for questions and flexible. The common areas are very cozy, with nice music and a fireplace and always something to snack on the table. Parking available, very close to the centre. I am very satisfied.

Poorer insulation, so noises are often heard.

Amazing cosy hotel in Kranjska Gora, just around a corner from the city centre. Warm, clean and cosy room, host was very helpful and pleasant. Will recommend definitely!

Nice clean cosy apartment a short walk from the centre of town. It had a comfortable bed and everything needed for my stay. The shower was great with a big shower head and good pressure. It had a lounge area that was inviting and modern security to get in and out of the building. With no need for keys which was great. All communication was friendly and prompt. Would definately recommend .
